بررسی و تحلیل نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدیدهای فناوری‌های الکترونیک پوشیدنی: مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک

مقدمه: ابزارهای الکترونیک‌های پوشیدنی که بر پایه فناوری اینترنت اشیاء و محاسبات کلان داده استوارند، قادر به جمع‌آوری مستمر، پردازش اطلاعات فیزیولوژیک و محیطی و مبادله آن‌ها با سایر ابزارها، کاربران و شبکه‌های اینترتی هستند؛ لذا علیرغم مزیت‌های بالقوه در حوزه پایش سلامت، مخاطراتی جدی خصوصاً مرتبط با نقض حریم خصوصی نیز به همراه دارند. از این رو سوال اصلی در این بررسی شناسایی مهم‌ترین نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدیدهای مرتبط با فناوری‌های الکترونیک پوشیدنی بود.روش: در این بررسی از نرم‌افزار start 3.4 جهت انجام مرور سیستماتیک استفاده شد. جستجوی منابع تا تاریخ 9 آذر 1398 در پایگاه‌های scopus, ieee, pubmed, springer, magiran, sid, civilica و موتور جستجوی google scholar انجام شد.نتایج: پس از حذف منابع تکراری و نامرتبط، 80 منبع جهت بررسی نهایی انتخاب و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی تحلیل شدند. »ارتقاء سبک زندگی و توانمندی‌های انسانی «، »کیفیت پایین رابط کاربری و داده‌های نامطمئن «، »اهمیت کاربردی در حوزه پزشکی و مراقبت سلامت « و »سرقت اطلاعات و نقض حریم خصوصی « به ترتیب با فراوانی 97/5%، 92/5%، 94‌% و 99‌% به عنوان مهم‌ترین نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید شناسایی شدند.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این بررسی نشان داد نیروی محرکه اصلی در توسعه فناوری‌های الکترونیک پوشیدنی، قابلیت‌های آن در ارتقاء توانمندی‌های انسان و کاربرد در حوزه پزشکی و مراقبت سلامت است؛ لذا برای بهره‌برداری از فرصت و غلبه بر تهدیدهای بالقوه این فناوری، توسعه و به کارگیری دانش بومی و همچنین برنامه‌ریزی و تدوین استانداردها و قوانین مورد نیاز باید سریعاً در دستور کار قرار گیرد.

The Investigation and Analysis of the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats of Wearable Electronic Technologies: A Systematic Review

Introduction: Wearable electronic devices, which are based on Internet of Things (IoT) and big data computing, are able to continuously collect and process the physiological and environmental data and exchange them with other tools, users, and internet networks. Therefore, despite their potential benefits in health monitoring, they can pose serious risks, especially in breach of privacy. Hence, the main question in this study was to identify the most important strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to wearable electronic technologies.Method: In this study, StArt 3.4 software was used for systematic review. Studies until November 30, 2019 were searched for keywords in ldquo;Scopus rdquo;, ldquo;IEEE rdquo;, ldquo;PubMed rdquo;, ldquo;Springer rdquo;, ldquo;Magiran rdquo;, ldquo;SID rdquo;, and ldquo;Sivilica rdquo; databases and Google search engine.Results: After deleting duplicate and unrelated documents, 80 documents were selected for final review and were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Accordingly, the main identified strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat were ldquo;improving lifestyle and human capabilities rdquo;, ldquo;low data reliability and user interface rdquo;, ldquo;applications in health and medicine rdquo;, and ldquo;information abuse and privacy breach rdquo; with 97.5%, 92.5%, 94%, and 99% frequency, respectively.Conclusion: The results of this study showed that improving human capabilities and application in medicine and health care are the main driving forces for the development of wearable electronic technologies. Therefore, in order to take advantage of the opportunities and overcome the potential threats of this technology, planning for the development and application of indigenous knowledge, as well as the development of the required standards and rules, must be put on the agenda immediately
