طراحی و ایجاد برنامه کاربردی آموزش مبتنی بر تلفن همراه برای اختلال طیف اوتیسم

مقدمه: اوتیسم از شایع ترین اختلالات عصبی رشدی می باشد که به دلیل آشنا نبودن والدین با این اختلال دیر تشخیص داده می‌شود. عدم آگاهی و شناخت والدین یکی از مشکلات مهم این بیماری می‌باشد هدف این مطالعه ایجاد برنامه کاربردی آموزشی مبتنی بر تلفن همراه هوشمند برای اختلال طیف اوتیسم ویژه والدین بود.روش: این پژوهش از نوع توسعه‌ایکاربردی بود که در سه مرحله انجام شد. ابتدا پرسشنامه تنظیم شده جهت نیازسنجی اطلاعاتی و تعیین عناصر داده و قابلیت‌های برنامه کاربردی توسط پزشکان متخصص روانپزشک کودک و مغز و اعصاب اطفال در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران تکمیل گردید. داده‌های به دست آمده تحلیل و برنامه کاربردی بر پایه نتایج طراحی شد و در نهایت جهت ارزیابی کاربردپذیری و رضایت کاربران در اختیار 34 نفر از والدین قرار گرفت.نتایج: پزشکان متخصص، اکثر عناصر داده‌ای پرسشنامه را ضروری تشخیص دادند. قابلیت‌های اصلی برنامه کاربردی مانند آموزش علائم و نشانه‌های اوتیسم، راهکارهای خودمراقبتی از اوتیسم و آزمون غربالگری تشخیص اوتیسم برای سنین 6، 12، 24 و 36 ماهگی بود. ارزیابی کاربردپذیری نشان داد که والدین، برنامه کاربردی را با میانگین امتیاز 7/6 (از مجموع 9 امتیاز) در سطح خوب ارزیابی کردند.نتیجه‌گیری: برنامه کاربردی آموزش مبتنی بر تلفن همراه در زمینه اوتیسم با آموزش والدین به منظور تشخیص، خودمراقبتی و توانبخشی از اوتیسم می‌توانند به تشخیص و مداخلات درمانی زودهنگام اوتیسم کمک کرده و ابزاری در دسترس برای آموزش والدین باشند. آموزش تشخیص، خودمراقبتی و تعامل با کودک اوتیستیک به صورت یک ابزار در دسترس مورد رضایت والدین قرار دارد.

Design and Development of an Educational Mobile Application for Autism Spectrum Disorder

Introduction: Autism is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders that is diagnosed late due to parentschr('39') unfamiliarity with the disorder. Lack of knowledge of parents is one of the major problems of this disorder. The objective of this study was to develop an educational smartphonebased application for autism spectrum disorder specific for parents.Method: This study was an applieddevelopmental one conducted in three phases. First, a questionnaire designed for assessing information needs as well as determining data elements and application features was completed by specialists in the fields of pediatric psychology and pediatric neurology in hospitals affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences. The data were analyzed and the application was designed based on the results and finally, in order to evaluate the usability and user satisfaction, it was presented to 34 parents.Results: The majority of the data elements were regarded as necessary by specialists. The main features of the application included training the signs and symptoms of autism, selfcare approaches, and diagnostic screening test for the ages of 6, 12, 24, and 36 months. Usability evaluation showed that parents evaluated the application as good with the mean score of 7.6 (out of 9).Conclusion: Educational mobile application for autism specific for parents, in terms of diagnosis, selfcare, and rehabilitation, could be helpful for early diagnosis and treatment of autism and accessible for training parents. Training diagnosis, selfcare, and interaction with the autistic child was approved as an accessible tool by parents.
