بررسی عوامل موثر بر پذیرش دستگاه‌های هوشمند مراقبت‌های بهداشتی با استفاده از مدل پذیرش فناوری ترکیبی

مقدمه: امروزه اینترنت اشیاء برای بیماران و مراقبین سلامت انتقال فرایند درمان بیماران را فراهم کرده و بیماران را قادر به مدیریت و دریافت کمک از گروه مراقبین سلامت و ابزارهای سیار ساخته است. این موضوع به عنوان یک راه‌حل امیدوار کننده به منظور ارتقاء کیفیت مراقبت بهداشتی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است؛ هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی عوامل موثر بر پذیرش دستگاه‌های هوشمند مراقبت‌های بهداشتی با استفاده از مدل پذیرش فناوری ترکیبی می باشد.روش: در این مطالعه توصیفی -پیمایشی، 169 نفر از بین 300 نفر بیمار بیمارستان گیل واقع در شهر رشت، براساس جدول مورگان برای نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. جهت بررسی فرضیه از پرسشنامه papa و همکاران و li و همکاران استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده ها تکنیک معادلات ساختاری و آزمون t-test به کار گرفته شد.نتایج: طبق یافته‌های پژوهش تاثیر »نفوذ‌پذیری «، »راحتی «، »ریسک اجتماعی ادراک‌ شده «، »ریسک عملکرد « بر »سودمندی و سهولت ادراک ‌شده «، تاثیر »سودمندی و سهولت ادراک‌ شده « بر »نگرش نسبت به پذیرش دستگاه‌های هوشمند مراقبت بهداشتی « و در نهایت تاثیر »نگرش نسبت به پذیرش دستگاه‌های هوشمند مراقبت بهداشتی « بر »قصد رفتاری استفاده از این دستگاه‌ها « تایید شد.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که مدل فناوری ترکیبی در شناسایی و بررسی عوامل موثر بر پذیرش دستگاه‌های هوشمند مراقبت بهداشتی می‌تواند نقش موثری داشته باشد و به عنوان یک منبع اطلاعاتی مهم جهت استفاده از این دستگاه‌ها مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

An Exploration of Factors Affecting the Acceptance of Smart Healthcare Devices Using Integrated Technology Acceptance Model

Introduction: Recently, the Internet of Things (IoT) allows patients and healthcare providers to transfer the treatment process to the patients and enables them to manage the disease and receive help from the healthcare team and mobile devices. This has been considered as a promising solution to improve the quality of healthcare. The objective of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the acceptance of smart healthcare devices using an integrated technology acceptance model.Method: In this descriptivesurvey research, 169 out of 300 patients of Gil hospital in Rasht were selected based on Morgan table. The questionnaires by Papa et al. and Li et al. were applied to test the hypothesis. The structural equation technique and ttest were used to analyze the data. Results: According to the research findings, the effect of ldquo;permeability rdquo;, ldquo;comfort rdquo;, ldquo;perceived social risk rdquo;, and ldquo;performance risk rdquo; on ldquo;perceived usefulness and ease rdquo;, the effect of ldquo;perceived usefulness and ease rdquo; on ldquo;attitude towards the acceptance of smart healthcare devices rdquo;, and finally, the effect of ldquo;attitudes toward the acceptance of smart healthcare devices rdquo; on the ldquo;behavioral intention to use these devices rdquo; were confirmed.Conclusion: The results showed that the integrated technology model can play an effective role in identifying and examining the factors affecting the acceptance of smart healthcare devices and can be utilized as an important source of information for the use of these devices.
