رسوخ فناوری اطلاعات: مرور نظام ‌مند ادبیات

رسوخ فناوری اطلاعات به‌ عنوان آخرین مرحله از اجرا و پیاده‌ سازی فناوری اطلاعات شناخته شده است که این ‌‌گونه تعریف می‌‌شود: استقرار عمیق و جامع فناوری اطلاعات در سیستم‌های کاری فرد یا سازمان که فراتر از پذیرش اولیه است و در مرحله پس از اجرا انجام می‌شود. مرحله ششم، یعنی رسوخ، یکی از جوانبی است که پس از اتخاذ و به‌کارگیری یک نوآوری فناورانه انجام می‌‌شود؛ اما درباره آن مطالعه چندانی وجود ندارد. این مقاله با هدف مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات رسوخ فناوری اطلاعات بین سال‌های 1985 تا 2022 به رشته تحریر درآمده است. مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات رسوخ فناوری اطلاعات، شامل تولیدهای علمی کشورها، توزیع مقالات بر اساس سال انتشار، نشریه، پدیدآورندگان، میزان استناددهی به نشریه و پژوهشگر بوده که از دیدگاه روش‌شناسی طبقه‌بندی شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که رسوخ فناوری اطلاعات همچنان یکی از ابعادی است که کمتر به آن توجه شده است و پژوهشگران می‌توانند از رویکردهای نظری و روش‌شناختی مختلف برای بررسی رسوخ فناوری اطلاعات و پوشش خلا پژوهشی، استفاده بیشتری کنند.

information technology infusion: a systematic literature review

the information technology (it) infusion is known as the last stage of implementation and embedding of it and is defined as: deep and comprehensive deployment of it in the work systems of an individual and organization. infusion is much beyond the initial acceptance and is placed after the post-implementation stage. the sixth stage, or in other words infusion, is one of the aspects that has been the least studied after the adoption and application of a technological innovation. the aim of this article is systematically reviewing the literature on it infusion between 1985 and 2022. this systematic review includes the scientific research works of countries, the distribution of articles based on the year of publication, journals, authors, the amount of citations to the journals and researchers and classified from the prospective of methodology. findings show that it infusion is still one of the dimensions that is less considered and researchers can use different theoretical and methodological approaches to study it infusion and cover the research gap.
