ارائه الگوی تدوین قابلیت ‌های کسب‌ و کار در راستای مدل‌ سازی معماری سازمانی

امروزه، معماری سازمانی به ‌عنوان یکی از الگوهای برنامه‌ریزی فناوری اطلاعات شناخته شده و به‌ کارگیری آن به‌عنوان روالی عمومی در همه سازمان‌ها به رسمیت شناخته شده است. معماری سازمانی، وسیله‌ای امیدوارکننده برای هم‌راستایی تغییرات مورد نیاز در استراتژی و فرایندهای کسب‌وکار سازمان با چشم‌انداز پیچیده فناوری اطلاعات است. با توجه به اینکه مبحث مدیریت معماری سازمانی، یکی از ضرورت‌های امروزی سازمان‌ها است و یکی از دغدغه‏های مدیریت معماری سازمانی، ارائه الگوی تدوین قابلیت‌های کسب‌وکار سازمان است، در این مقاله به معرفی الگوها و روش‌های شناسایی قابلیت‌های کسب‌وکار توجه شده است. پژوهش حاضر به‌‎لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا، اکتشافی است. نمونه آماری را اساتید دانشگاهی و خبرگان معماری آگاه به حوزه قابلیت‌های کسب‌وکار تشکیل داده‌اند. به‌منظور گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش، با 22 نفر از مطلعان کلیدی (حد اشباع) که با روش هدفمند و به قضاوت پژوهشگران انتخاب ‌شده‌اند، مصاحبه باز و عمیق انجام شده است. برای تحلیل و تفسیر داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده از مصاحبه، از روش تحلیل تم استفاده ‌شده است. پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که در زمینه شناسایی قابلیت‌های کسب‌وکار روش‌های مختلفی وجود دارد که بر اساس نتایج مصاحبه با روش تحلیل تم در نهایت چهار تم اصلی شامل مدل‌های مرجع معماری، مدل‌های ویژه صنعت، مدل‌های مرجع فرایندی و روش‌های مکمل و همچنین 25 تم فرعی بر مبنای تم‌های اصلی شناسایی شد. این مدل از دو طریق پنل خبرگان و ارزیابی موردی در واحد مدیریت فاوای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان اعتبارسنجی شد. با استفاده از روش‌های شناسایی‌شده در زمینه قابلیت‌های کسب‌وکار در چهار قالب مدل‌های مرجع معماری، مدل‌های ویژه صنعت، مدل‌های مرجع فرایندی و روش‌های مکمل، در نهایت می‌توان الگویی برای مدل‌سازی قابلیت‌های کسب‌ و کار در سازمان‌های مختلف کشور تهیه کرد.

providing a model for developing business capabilities in order to modeling enterprise architecture

today, organizational architecture is recognized as one of the models of it planning and its application is recognized as a general practice in all organizations. organizational architecture is a promising tool to align the required changes in the organization’s business strategies and processes with the complex it introduction. considering that the issue of organizational architecture management is one of the necessities of organizations today and one of the challenges of organizational architecture management is to provide a model for developing the business capabilities of the organization, in this article, patterns and methods of identifying business capabilities have been introduced. the present study is applied in terms of purpose and exploratory in terms of implementation method. the statistical sample is composed of university professors and architecture experts aware of the field of business capabilities. in order to collect information in this study, 22 key informants (saturation limit) who were selected by a purposeful method and judged by researchers, open and in-depth interviews were conducted. the theme analysis method was used to analyze and interpret the data obtained from the interview. the present study shows that there are different methods in identifying business capabilities that based on the results of interviews with the theme analysis method, finally 4 main themes including 1) architectural reference models 2) industry specific models 3) process reference models and 4) complementary methods as well as 25 sub-themes were identified based on the main themes. this model was validated through expert panel and case evaluation in fava management unit of isfahan university of medical sciences. using the identified methods in the field of business capabilities in 4 forms of architectural reference models, industry specific models, process reference models and complementary methods, we can finally be a model for modeling business capabilities in prepared by various organizations in the country.
