شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی نیازهای اطلاعاتی مدیران پژوهشی در سامانه مدیریت اطلاعات پژوهشی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز

در عصر تکنولوژی و رشد فزاینده اطلاعات، مدیران برای حفظ توان رقابتی با نیازها و مشکلاتی روبه‎رو هستند که نادیده گرفتن آنها باعث خروج از صحنه رقابت می‎شود.‌‌ بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی نیازهای اطلاعاتی مدیران حوزه معاونت پژوهشی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز در سامانه مدیریت اطلاعات پژوهشی است. پژوهش حاضر به‎لحاظ هدف، از نوع مطالعات کاربردی بوده و از نظر روش، در زمره پژوهش‏‌های کیفی قرار دارد. جامعه پژوهش شامل معاون و مدیر پژوهش، معاونان پژوهشی دانشکده‌ها و مدیران می‎شود که در زمان انجام پژوهش در مجموع 20 نفر بودند. داده‌های مورد نیاز با کمک مصاحبه نیمه‌‎ساختاریافته عمیق گردآوری شده و نظرخواهی به روش دلفی انجام شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات نیز از روش تحلیل کیفی داده‌ها به روش تحلیل مضمون و نرم‎افزار اس. پی. اس. اس نسخه 22 استفاده شد. بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، نیازهای اطلاعاتی مدیران حوزه معاونت پژوهش دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز در سامانه مدیریت اطلاعات پژوهشی به شش دسته اطلاعات «منابع انسانی و فیزیکی»، «تولیدات علمی»، «آزمایشگاهی»، «اطلاعات محیط بیرونی»، «حقوقی» و «مالی» تقسیم‌بندی می‌شوند که «اطلاعات تولیدات علمی» در اولویت نخست نیازهای شناسایی‌شده قرار دارد. همچنین منبع تهیه نیازهای اطلاعاتی مدیران در منابع چاپی «گزارش‌های مکتوب و دستورالعمل‌های مکتوب» و منابع غیرچاپی«اینترنت و تلفن» است. «مشکلات فرایندی» موجود در سامانه مدیریت اطلاعات پژوهشی در تامین نیازهای اطلاعاتی مدیران حوزه معاونت پژوهش بیشترین اهمیت را دارد. بر اساس کدگذاری انتخابی، نیازهای اطلاعاتی مدیران حوزه معاونت پژوهش دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز در شش طبقه کلی قرار داده شده‌اند و نشان می‌دهد که با وجود مشکلات سامانه مدیریت اطلاعاتی پژوهش، مدیران نیازهای اطلاعاتی متنوعی دارند.

Identifying and Ranking the Information Needs of Research Managers in the Research Information Management System of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz

In the age of technology and the increasing growth of information, managers face needs and challenges to maintain competitiveness, ignoring them will cause them to leave the competition scene. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to identify and rank the information needs of managers in the field of research vice chancellor of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz in the research information management system. The present study is an applied studies in terms of purpose and is a qualitative research in terms of method. The research population included: vice chancellor and director of research, research assistants of faculties and principals who at the time of the research were a total of 20 people. The required data were collected with the help of indepth semistructured interviews and Delphi survey and for data analysis, qualitative data analysis method was used using content analysis method and SPSS software version 22. Findings of this study showed the information needs of the managers of the Vice Chancellor for Research in Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz in the research information management system into six categories of information: &human and physical resources&, &scientific products&, &laboratory&, &external environment information&, &legal& and &Financial& are classified. &Scientific production information& is the first priority of identified needs. Also, the source of managers’ information needs in printed sources is &written reports, written instructions& and nonprinted sources &Internet and telephone&. The &process challenges& in the research information management system are most important in meeting the information needs of the managers of the research department. Based on the selected coding, the information needs of the managers of the research department of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz were placed in six general categories. Research Information Management Managers have a variety of information needs.
