تاثیر بستر آماده بر قصد سوءاستفاده از اطلاعات با نقش میانجی انگیزه رفتار انحرافی و نقش تعدیل‌کنندگی اخلاق فردی

با ورود سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی به سازمان‌ها و وابستگی بسیاری از فعالیت‌های سازمانی به این سیستم‌ها، حوزه جدید در رفتار انحرافی کارمندان تعریف شد و آن، رفتار انحرافی کارمندان در حوزه اطلاعات و سیستم‌های سازمانی است. هدف ازاین پژوهش، تعیین تاثیر بستر آماده بر قصد سوءاستفاده از اطلاعات با نقش میانجی انگیزه رفتار انحرافی و نقش تعدیل‌کنندگی اخلاق فردی در اداره کل بیمه سلامت استان اصفهان است. تحقیق حاضر ازلحاظ نوع تحقیقات کاربردی با رویکرد توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعه آماری کلیه کاربران سیستم دفتر مرکزی اداره کل بیمه سلامت استان اصفهان بودند که با توجه به آمار واحد منابع انسانی تعداد 148 نفر بودند که طبق فرمول کوکران حداقل حجم نمونه 107 نفر تعیین شد و نهایتاً با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس 104 پرسشنامه قابل‌استفاده جمع‌آوری گردید. برایگردآوریداده‌هاازابزارپرسشنامه بومی‌سازی شده استفاده شد که روایی صوری آن‌ها مورد تایید تعدادی از پاسخگویان قرار گرفت و روایی محتوایی آن به تایید جمعی از اساتید مدیریت رسید. همچنین جهت بررسی اعتبار سازه از روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده گردید و جهت سنجش پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ با استفاده از نرم‌افزارsmartpls   که مقدار آلفای کرونباخ بیش از 7/0 محاسبه شد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی ازآن بودکه تاثیر بستر آماده برای سوءاستفاده بر قصد سوءاستفاده از اطلاعات و نقش تعدیل گر اخلاق فردی در این رابطه مورد تایید قرار نگرفت؛ ولی تاثیر بستر آماده بر انگیزه رفتار انحرافی و تاثیر انگیزه رفتار انحرافی بر قصد سوءاستفاده تایید شد. همچنین نقش تعدیل گر اخلاق فردی در رابطه بین انگیزه رفتار انحرافی و قصد سوءاستفاده مورد تایید قرار گرفت. نتایج مبین این نکته است که جهت مدیریت و کاهش رفتار انحرافی کارمندان در خصوص سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی سازمانی، کنترل بستر آماده و انگیزه کارمندان در خصوص بروز رفتار مذکور از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است.

the impact of abuse opportunity structure on abuse intention of information by the mediating role of abuse-positive motivation and the moderating role of personal morality

the purpose of this study was to determine the impact of abuse opportunity structure on abuse intention of information by considering the mediating role of abusepositive motivation and the moderating role of personal moralityinhealth insurance of isfahan province. the present research is applied in terms of type of research and descriptivecorrelative research in terms of method. the statistical population of this study was all system users of the central office of health insurance of isfahan province, which according to the human resources unit, their number was 148 employees. according to cochran formula, the minimum sample size of 107 persons was obtained for answering the questions of the questionnaire. after collecting the questionnaires, 104 questionnaires were used. random sampling method was used. the questionnaire was adopted and adapted from published sources and the items were based on 5 point likert scale. the face validity was confirmed by a number of respondents and its content validity was confirmed by a group of management professors. confirmatory factor analysis was used to verify the validity of the construct. to determine reliability, cronbach’s alpha coefficient was calculated using the smartpls software, which calculated more than 0.7. the findings of the research indicated that although the impact of abuse opportunity structure on abuse intention and the moderating role of morality in the relationship in this relationship were not supported, the impact of abuse opportunity structure on abusepositiveaffect (t=3.09, p<0.01) and the impact of abusepositiveaffect on abuse intention (t=2.7, p<0.01) were statistically supported. moreover, the moderating role of morality in the relationship between abusepositiveaffect and abuse intention was supported (t=2.07, p<0.05).
