تبیین مفهوم محیط و جامعه در پرستاری بر مبنای منابع اسلامی

مقدمه: برای ارائه خدمات موثر به جامعه باید مفاهیم حرفه‌ای را در دامنه اعتقادی و فرهنگی همان جامعه تعریف کرد. از آنجا که محیط و جامعه  از مفاهیم مهم در پرستاری به شمار می روند که مفهوم یابی آنان در راستای ارتقاء سلامت جامعه بسیار مهم است. لذا در این مطالعه مفهوم محیط و جامعه بر مبنای متون اسلامی تعریف می‌گردد. مواد و روش ها:  این مطالعه با شیوه اقتباس مفهوم در تعریف مفهوم واکر و اوانت (2005) در سال 94-1393 انجام شد. در نهایت پس از مطالعه متون اسلامی و تفاسیر شیعی، مفهوم از تئوری آیت‌الله جوادی آملی و استاد شهید مرتضی مطهری اقتباس گردید و منطبق با پرستاری  و مشخصه های آن بازتعریف شد. یافته‌ها: در اسلام دو جزء محیط طبیعی و اجتماعی وجود‌ دارد که دائماً انسان با آنان در تعامل است به‌علاوه، این دو بر یکدیگر هم اثر دارند. محیط طبیعی بر اساس خلیفه‌الله بودن انسان در زمین وظیفه دارد در خدمت انسان باشد. اصلاح یا فساد محیط طبیعی بر انسان موثر است ولی تعیین‌کننده نهایی خود انسان است. انسان و محیط اجتماعی هر کدام هویتی مستقل دارند. انسان نیاز به زندگی اجتماعی دارد و اجتماع نیز از افراد تشکیل شده، این دو ضمن اثرگذاری برهم، برطرف‌کننده مسئولیت انسان برای ارتقا خود نیستند. نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجا که در تعریف اسلامی انسان علیرغم اثرپذیری از محیط مطیع آن نیست، این تفاوت معنایی ایجاد شده سبب می‌شود عملکرد پرستاران در سلامت جامعه تنها برگرفته از رخدادهای زندگی انسان و بر اساس تجربیات او نباشد. به علت این تفاوت مهم اسلام با الگوهای سلامت جامعه متداول، نیاز به طراحی برنامه‌های سلامت جامعه بر مبنای مفهوم اسلامی احساس می شود.

Elucidation of Concepts of Environment and Community in Nursing Based on the Islamic Resources

Introduction: In order to presents effective health services to a community, professional concepts should be defined based on the beliefs, values and culture appreciated by that community. Since the concepts of environment and community are of paramount importance, so their explanation is indispensable for promotion of community health. Based on these considerations, the objective of the present study was to define the concepts of environment and community in nursing based on the Islamic resources. Materials and Methods: The prementioned concepts were defined and analyzed using Walker and Avant's (2005) concept analysis, and the theories of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli and Morteza Motahari as the two main Islamic resources. Results: According to the Islam religion, human being as the successor of Allah upon the earth is always interacted with natural environment and society. Human being is affected by reformation or corruption of the natural environment although, human himself is the final determinant. Community and human are two independent entities so that the former is required to social life and the latter is formed by individuals. Although, they affect on   each other but it is human who is responsible for health promotion. Conclusion: Regarding the Islamic instruction, human being is not the submissive of the environment although he is affected by the environment and this semantic difference causes nurses’ activities related to the community health are not affected only by human life’s events or his experiences. Due to the significant difference of the Islamic attitudes with other popular cultures towards community health, replanning of community health programs based on the Islamic resources is warranted.
