کاوش شبکه مطالبات نهادی ایمنی، بهداشتی و زیست‌محیطی در مجتمع مس سرچشمه طی سال 1397

مقدمه: در جهان امروز ایمنی و بهداشت کارکنان و حفظ محیط ‌زیست، بیش‌ازپیش ضروری است، هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی نهادها و مطالبات نهادی و اولویت‌بندی آن‌ها، در راستای ترسیم شبکه نهادی مجتمع مس سرچشمه و جلوگیری از پیامدهای حوادث ناشی از کار و خطرات زیست محیطی است. مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش کاربردی و توسعه‌ای، جامعه آماری شامل مجموعه اعضای مجتمع مس سرچشمه در سال 1397 بود. نمونه آماری، 115 نفر از خبرگان بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند، ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه و روش آماری تحلیل شبکه اجتماعی بود. از شاخص‌های مرکزیت جهت اولویت‌بندی مطالبات نهادی، نهادها و امور سازمانی استفاده شد.  یافته‌ها: مطالبات ایمنی، بهداشتی و زیست‌محیطیدر 5 گروه و 15 خرده مطالبه دسته‌بندی شدند. مطالبات نهادی عدم تخریب محیط‌زیست و منابع طبیعی، نهال‌کاری، رفع آلایندگی هوا، خاک و نظارت بر رعایت استانداردها (290/0)، رعایت مقررات مدیریت ایمنی و سلامت شغلی (263/0) از اولویت بالاتری برخوردار بودند، اداره تعاون کار و رفاه اجتماعی (344/0)، وزارت بهداشت و درمان و آموزش پزشکی (306/0)، سازمان‌های بیمه (134/0)، اداره محیط‌زیست (120/0) و اداره منابع طبیعی (120/0) از نهادهای اصلی در مطالبات ایمنی، بهداشتی و زیست‌محیطی بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: در راستای انجام مطلوب‌تر مطالبات نهادی ایمنی، بهداشت و حفظ محیط‌زیست تعامل بیشتر و موثرتر، با نهادهای فوق‌الذکر ضروری است، این تعاملات گام‌های موثری در جهت مشروعیت و بقای سازمان می‌باشند.

Exploration of the Safety, Health, and Environmental Institutional Demands Network at the Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex in 2018

Introduction: Today, across the world, the safety and health of staff and the environment protection are more than necessary. This study aims to identify institutions and institutional demands, as well as their prioritization, to map the institutional network of the Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex to prevent accidents resulting from work and environmental hazards.  Materials and Methods: This is an applied and developmental research. The statistical population was personnel of the Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex in 2018. The statistical sample was 115 experts, and the sampling method was purposeful. Interviews were performed for data collection, and the statistical methodology was social network analysis. Centrality indexes were used to prioritize institutional demands, institutions, and organizational affairs. Results: The safety, health, and environmental demands were grouped into 5 categories and 15 subcategories. The toppriority institutions’ demands were preventing environmental and natural resource degradation, removing air and soil pollution (0.290), as well as monitoring standard or regulation and safety management or occupational health to assure their observance (0.263). The main institutions in safety, health, and environmental demands were the Ministry of Cooperative Labor and Social Welfare (0.344), the Ministry of Health and Medical Education (0.306), Insurance Organizations (0.134), Department of Environment (0.120), and Department of Natural Resources (0.120). Conclusion: To institutionalize safety and health and protect the environment, increasingly effective interaction with the institutions mentioned above is necessary. These interactionsare effective steps in an organization’s legitimacy and survival.
