بررسی نقش صفات روشن شخصیت، استحکام معنوی و نیازهای اساسی روان‌شناختی در پیش‌بینی شادکامی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی زنجان 1403

سابقه و هدف: شادکامی به‌عنوان یکی از جنبه‌های کلیدی زندگی انسان در دنیای معاصر به‌شمار می‌آید. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی نقش صفات روشن شخصیت، استحکام معنوی و نیازهای اساسی روان‌شناختی در پیش‌بینی شادکامی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی زنجان است.مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع مطالعات هم‌بستگی است. جامعه آماری را کلّیه دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد زنجان تشکیل دادند. حجم نمونه پژوهش 250 نفر بود که از بین تمامی دانشکده‌های دانشگاه به‌صورت خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای به‌کارگرفته‌شده شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های صفات سه‌گانه روشن شخصیت جانسون (2018)، استحکام معنوی ون تونگرن و همکاران (2011)، نیازهای اساسی روان‌شناختی عمومی گنیه (2003) و شادکامی آرجیل و همکاران (1989) بود. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از هم‌بستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss صورت گرفت.یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش گویای آن بود که هر سه متغیّر پیش‌بین تحقیق توانستند متغیّر ملاک موردنظر را به‌صورت معناداری پیش‌بینی کنند. صفات روشن شخصیت توانست 16 درصد، استحکام معنوی 15 درصد و نیازهای اساسی روان‌شناختی 6 درصد از واریانس متغیّر شادکامی را تبیین ‌کنند.استنتاج: می‌توان با توجه به این سه متغیّر درجهت تقویت شادکامی دانشجویان قدم برداشت.

investigating the role of clear personality traits, spiritual strength, and basic psychological needs in predicting happiness among students at islamic azad university of zanjan, 1403

background and purpose: happiness is considered one of the key aspects of human life in the contemporary world. the presentstudy aimed to assess the role of clear personality traits, spiritual strength, and basic psychological needs in predicting happiness of students at islamic azad university of zanjan.materials and methods: the present study was conducted based on aa descriptive correlational design the statistical population consisted of all students at zanjan azad university. the sample size of the study was 250 subjects, who were selected from all faculties of the university using the  multi-stage cluster sampling. the tools used included johnson’s (2018) clear personality traits questionnaire, van tongeren et al.’s (2011) spiritual strength, genie’s general basic psychological needs (2003), and argyle et al.’s (1989) happiness questionnaire. data analysis was performed using pearson correlation and multiple regression.results: the results of the study indicated that all three predictor variables of the study were able to significantly predict the desired criterion variable. clear personality traits explained 16%, spiritual strength explained 15%, and basic psychological needs explained 6% of  variance in the happiness variable.conclusion: taking these three variables into account, effective measures can be taken to enhance students’ happiness.
