بررسی مبانی اخلاق پزشکیزکریای رازی و قطب الدین شیرازی

موضوع اخلاق پزشکی بررسی مجموعه آداب و رفتاری است که ضرورت دارد صاحبان مشاغل پزشکی آن را رعایت کنند. پیشرفت دانش پزشکی و روش های نوین تحقیقات زیست شناختی، تعارضات اخلاقی مختلفی را به وجود آورده است که لزوم توجه به اخلاق پزشکی را بیش از پیش ایجاب می نماید. در ایران و تمدن اسلامی نیز اخلاق پزشکی سابقه دیرینه ای دارد.در دوران تمدن اسلامی، دو تن از دانشمندان بزرگ جهان اسلامی یعنی زکریای رازی و قطب الدین شیرازی، مباحث مهمی را در زمینه اخلاق پزشکی مطرح ساخته اند. هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی مبانی اخلاق پزشکی از منظر زکریای رازی و قطب الدین شیرازی است. روش تحقیق دراین پژوهش از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی مبتنی بر گردآوری اطلاعات به شیوه کتابخانه ای است. به طور کلی، رازی به عقل گرایی و قطب الدین شیرازی به شریعت گرایی و خدامحور بودن شهرت داشته اند . در مبحث اخلاق پزشکی، رازی به مباحث ارتباط پزشک و بیمار، ارتباط بین بیمار وپزشک، صلاحیت علمی و عملی پزشک، رازداری پزشک و اعتقادات بیمار توجه کرده است و قطب الدین شیرازی بایسته های اخلاقی طبیب را در ده اصل بیان نموده است. بررسی دیدگاه های رازی و علامه قطبالدین شیرازی در زمینه اخلاق پزشکی از منظر طب سنتی ایران نشان بیانگر ایناست که رازی و قطب الدین شیرازی، همانند بسیاری از پزشکان مقیّد به اصول اخلاقی در رابطه بین پزشک و بیمار بوده، رعایت اصول اخلاقی را از ملزومات حرفه ای می دانستند و در حیطه های مختلفی مانند صلاحیت های رفتاری وهمچنین مسائل تخصصی درمانی، به مسئله اخلاق پزشکی توجه داشته اند .

the subject of medical ethics is the examination of the set of manners and behaviors that must be observed by the owners of medical professions. the progress of medical knowledge and new methods of biological research have created various ethical conflicts, which require more attention to medical ethics. medical ethics has a long history in iran and islamic civilization. in the era of islamic civilization, two of the great scientists of the islamic world, namely zakaria razi and qutbuddin shirazi, raised important issues in the field of medical ethics. the purpose of this research is to investigate the basics of medical ethics from the perspective of zakaria razi and qutbuddin shirazi. the research method in this study is descriptive and analytical type based on collecting information in a library manner. in general, razi was known for his rationalism and qutbuddin shirazi for his shariatism and god-centeredness. in the topic of medical ethics, razi has paid attention to the topics of doctor-patient communication, patient-doctor communication, doctor's scientific and practical competence, doctor's confidentiality and patient's beliefs, and qutbuddin shirazi has stated the doctor's moral obligations in ten principles. examining the views of razi and allameh qutbuddin shirazi in the field of medical ethics from the perspective of traditional iranian medicine shows that razi and qutbuddin shirazi, like many doctors, were bound by the ethical principles in the relationship between the doctor and the patient, and the observance of ethical principles is a must. they were professional and have paid attention to the issue of medical ethics in various fields such as behavioral qualifications and also specialized treatment issues.
