تبیین تجربه مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به فلج مغزی از تلاوت قرآن کریم (یک مطالعه کیفی)

سابقه و هدف: فلج مغزی شایع‌ترین ناتوانایی حرکتی مزمن و یک عارضه عصبی ‌‌شناختی در کودکان است. مادران مسلمان در مواجهه با این کودکان به خواندن دعاهای مختلف، توسل به اهل بیت (س) و تلاوت قرآن کریم می‌پردازند. در این راستا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناخت و تبیین تجربه مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به فلج مغزی از تلاوت قرآن کریم انجام شد.مواد و روش‌ها: در مطالعه کیفی حاضر، پنج مادر دارای کودک مبتلا به فلج مغزی بستری در بیمارستان ولیعصر فسا به روش نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند و تحت مصاحبه نیمه‌ ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند تا زمانی که داده‌ها به اشباع رسیدند. تحلیل داده‌ها به روش تحلیل داده استقرایی صورت گرفت. شایان ذکر است که به‌منظور حمایت از صحت و استحکام داده‌ها، معیارهای مقبولیت، تاییدپذیری و انتقال‌پذیری در نظر گرفته شدند.یافته‌ها: از تحلیل داده‌های مطالعه حاضر سه گروه اصلی و هشت زیرگروه استخراج شد که عبارت بودند از: اعجاز درمانگری قرآن از زیرگروه‌های بهبود جسمی روانی مادر و کودک ، گروه رشد معنوی از زیرگروه‌های پذیرش و تسلیم مشیت الهی ، بازگشتی قهرمانانه و اطمینان‌داشتن به وجود حامی معنوی و گروه مدیریت جامع از زیرگروه‌های خودمدیریتی و انجام وظیفه ، مدیریت موقعیت و نگاهی رو به جلو .استنتاج: مادران با توجه به شرایط سخت بیماری فلج مغزی و مشکلات فراوان در مراقبت از فرزندان مبتلا به آن، راهبرد تلاوت قرآن کریم را انتخاب نمودند و باور داشتند که تلاوت قرآن کریم منجر به توانمندشدن آن‌ها در ایفای نقش و کنترل‌نمودن موقعیت شده است. در این ارتباط، پیشنهاد می‌شود شرایط تلاوت قرآن کریم به‌عنوان یکی از راه‌کارهای قدرتمند تامین نیازهای مادران برای این گروه فراهم گردد.

Mothers' Experience of Holy Quran Recitation Regarding Health Care for Their Children with Cerebral Palsy: A Qualitative Study

Background and Purpose: Cerebral palsy (CP) is the most common chronic motor disability and cognitive neuropathy in children. Muslim mothers of children with CP, say prayers, cling to the progeny of the prophet, and recite holy Quran in these situations. The aim of this study was to identify the experience of mothers with CP children through reciting the holy Quran.Materials and Methods: In this qualitative study, 5 mothers of CP children who were hospitalized in Valiasr Hospital in Fasa, Iran, were selected through purposive sampling and subjected to semistructured interviews until data saturation. Inductive data analysis were performed to analyze data. Moreover, the criteria of acceptability, verifiability, and transmissibility were used to evaluate the accuracy, validity and reliability of the data. Results: According to the results, 3 main categories and 8 subcategories were emerged in this study. The theme of ldquo;Miracle of Quran's therapy rdquo; emerged form ldquo;Psychophysical improvement of mothers and children rdquo; subcategory. In addition, the category of ldquo;Spiritual growth rdquo; was emerged from the subcategories, such as ldquo;acceptance and surrender to divine volition rdquo;, ldquo;heroic return rdquo;, and ldquo;assurance of existence of patron rdquo;. Furthermore, the last category of ldquo;comprehensive management rdquo; was extracted form subcategories, including ldquo;selfmanagement and taskdoing rdquo;, ldquo;situation management rdquo;, and ldquo;looking ahead rdquo;.Conclusion: Regarding the severity of the CP disease and various difficulties in taking care of children with CP, mothers selected the strategy of reciting the holy Quran. They believed that reciting holy Quran empowered them and help them play their maternal role and manage the situation. In addition, it is recommended to provide situations in which mothers can recite holy Quran as one of the most efficient way in meeting mothers rsquo; needs.
