ارزیابی پس از بهره‌برداری، روشی برای دستیابی به پدافند غیرعامل در طراحی خوابگاه‌های دانشجویی (موردمطالعه: خوابگاه دختران جونقان)

برآورد اندازهٔ توانمندی بناها در برابر حوادث و پیش‌بینی میزان آسیب‌ها با توجه به توانمندی‌ها از پایه‌های موفقیت یک طرح در پدافند غیرعامل است. هدف اصلی این نوشتار امکان‌سنجی توانایی مطالعات ارزیابی پس از بهره‌برداری در برآورد توانمندی ساختمان خوابگاه دانشجویی و تعیین اقدامات موردنیاز پدافند غیرعامل در طراحی خوابگاه‌های دانشجویی است.نوشتار حاضر از دو بخش تشکیل می‌شود: بخش اول شامل یک بحث کیفی برای کشف چگونگی ارتباط عوامل چهارگانه ارزیابی پس از بهره‌برداری با پدافند غیرعامل در خوابگاه‌های دانشجویی است و به روش اکتشافی انجام می‌شود و طی آن اهداف و خواسته‌های تعریف‌شده پدافند غیرعامل در ساختمان‌ها که در نشریات سازمان پدافند غیرعامل کشور و مبحث 21 مقررات ملی ساختمان تصریح‌شده است با نظریه‌ها و یافته‌های روانشناسی محیط تطبیق داده می‌شود. نتیجهٔ این بخش اول پژوهش تبیین دلالت ارزیابی پس از بهره‌برداری در اهداف و اصول پدافند غیرعامل می‌نماید و دستیابی به روابط و دستورالعمل‌های کمی است که استخراج وضع موجود خوابگاه و سطوح اقدامات موردنیاز پدافندی را تسهیل می‌کند. بخش دوم کاربرد عملی نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از بخش اول در نمونهٔ موردی ساختمان خوابگاه دخترانهٔ آموزشکده فنی حرفه‌ای جونقان است. در این بخش برای برآورد وضع موجود از میزان رضایتمندی ساکنان و کیفیت فضاها از روش کمی با ابزار مشاهدهٔ فضاها و مصاحبه و پرسشنامه با ساکنان استفاده می‌شود. در این بخش 59% از ساکنان مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند و نتایج به روش آماری مورد تحلیل گرفت. درنتیجهٔ بخش دوم پژوهش مجموعه‌ای شامل اقدامات عملی موردنیاز برای دستیابی به پدافند غیرعامل موثر در خوابگاه جونقان به دست آمد.

assessing the structural resilience of buildings to accidents and forecasting potential damages based on their capabilities is a fundamental aspect of the effectiveness of a passive defense strategy. the primary objective of this paper is to assess the practicality of post-operation evaluation studies in evaluating the capacity of student dormitory buildings and defining the requisite passive defense measures in the construction of such dormitories.the article comprises two distinct sections: the initial section involves a qualitative analysis aimed at exploring the relationship between the four factors of post-operation evaluation and passive defense in student dormitories. this analysis is conducted in an exploratory manner, where the objectives and requirements of passive defense in buildings, as outlined in the publications of the national defense organization and topic 21 of the national building regulations, are aligned with the theories and findings of environmental psychology. the initial phase of the research aims to elucidate the consequences of post-exploitation evaluation on passive defense objectives and principles. it also seeks to establish connections and quantitative guidelines that streamline the assessment of the dormitory’s current state and the necessary defense measures. the second phase entails implementing the findings from the previous part in a real-life scenario, specifically the case study of the girls’ dormitory building at jonghan vocational technical school. to assess the existing condition, the level of happiness among residents, and the quality of the spaces, a quantitative approach is employed. this entails utilizing techniques such as space observation, interviews, and surveys with the residents. it surveyed a total of 59% of the local inhabitants within this particular segment and statistically analyzed their responses. the second portion of the research yielded a set of practical methods necessary to provide an efficient passive defense at jonghan dormitory.
