راهکارهای ارتقای امنیت فرهنگی در پرتو قرآن کریم با تاکید بر اندیشه‌های مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی)

هویت یک کشور نشئت‌گرفته از فرهنگ آن بوده و امنیت فرهنگی به‌عنوان یکی از مولفه‌های امنیت ملی می‌تواند الگوی کارآمد برای سوگیری‌های سیاسی و راهبردی را ارائه کند که بر اساس سوابق موجود بیشترین هجمه دشمنان اغلب در این زمینه صورت می‌گیرد. از دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری الگو قراردادن قرآن کریم در همه امور تضمین‌کننده ارتقای امنیت فرهنگی جامعه بوده که با بررسی دقیق و علمی می‌توان راهکارهای اجرای به‌منظور ارتقاء سطح امنیت فرهنگی جامعه را استخراج کرد. هدف اصلی این تحقیق «تبیین راهکارهای ارتقای امنیت فرهنگی در پرتو قرآن کریم با تاکید بر اندیشه‌های مقام معظم رهبری» است. به همین منظور با بررسی تکمیلی بیانات معظم له در حوزه قرآنی از سال 1368 تاکنون تعداد 10 مفهوم اصلی، 42 کد محوری و 740 کد اولیه استخراج گردید. این تحقیق با روش کیفی بر اساس تحلیل محتوا با کدگذاری از طریق نرم‌افزار مکس‌کیودا[1] و تحلیل بیانات مقام معظم رهبری صورت گرفته و از نوع کاربردی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق 120‌ نفر از استادان دانشگاه و حوزه بوده که در انتخاب آن‌ها با روش هدفمند سعی گردیده مرتبطان واقعی انتخاب شوند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از نرم‌افزارهای اس‌پی‌اس‌اس[2] و مکس‌کیودا بهره‌برداری شده است. بر مبنای یافته‌های تحقیق عواملی از قبیل سبک زندگی قرآنی، تسلط به علوم و فنون تلاوت، آموزه‌های اعتقادی، توجه به معنویت قرآن، استمرار تلاوت قرآن، تلاوت با توجه به معانی، آموزش عمومی، آموزه‌های عبادی و موسیقی قرآنی از اهمیت بیشتری برای ارتقاء سطح امنیت فرهنگی جامعه در پرتو قرآن کریم برخوردار هستند.

techniques for fostering cultural security in the holy quran, with a focus on the supreme leader’s ideas

a country’s culture shapes its identity, and cultural security, a critical element of national security, can effectively counteract political and strategic biases, which, based on current data, are the most common enemy attacks in this domain. according to the supreme leader, following the example of the holy quran in all areas ensures an improvement in the cultural security of society, and with careful and scientific study, implementation solutions to raise this level can be extracted. this research aims to &explain the ways to improve cultural security in the light of the holy quran with an emphasis on the thoughts of the supreme leader.& to achieve this goal, the study extracted 10 main concepts, 42 core codes, and 740 primary codes from the supplementary examination of his holiness’ statements in the quranic domain from 1368 to the present. this research conducted to use a qualitative method that involved content analysis, coding using maxquda software, and an applied analysis of the supreme leader’s statements. the research’s statistical population consists of 120 university and field professors. it used spss and maxquda software to analyze the data. based on the research findings, the most important factors for improving the level of cultural security in society in light of the holy quran include: the quranic lifestyle, mastery of the sciences and techniques of quran recitation, religious teachings, attention to the spirituality of the quran, continuous recitation of the quran, recitation with attention to meanings, general education, devotional teachings, and quranic music.
