نظریه امنیت سلبی در رویکرد ج.ا.ایران با تاکید بر مبانی قرآن کریم

امنیت که از آن به‌عنوان ایمنی و فراغت از خطر و اضطراب و تشویش یادشده، از نیازهای اصلی و اساسی انسان‌هاست. امنیت در جمهوری اسلامی ایران مفهومی همه‌جانبه بوده و تمامی عرصه‌های زندگی را در برمی‌گیرد. این مقاله باهدف دستیابی به نظریه امنیت سلبی در رویکرد ج.ا.ایران با مراجعه به گونه‌های امنیت در قرآن کریم نگارش شده و به بررسی گونه‌های امنیت در رویکرد ج.ا.ایران با توجه به مبانی قرآنی پرداخته است. تحقیق حاضر از نوع کاربردی توسعه‌ای بوده و بر مبنای روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام شده است در این مقاله به شیوه اسنادی و کتابخانه ای، با روش تحلیل محتوی، آیات قرآن بررسی و پس از شناسایی و استخراج آیات مرتبط با موضوع تحقیق و ترجمه و تفسیر آن‌ها، کدهای معنایی هر آیه با توجه به نوع قدرت و امنیت مستتر در آن در جداولی درج گردیده و سپس گونه‌های قدرت که منجر به امنیت سلبی شده مورد شناسایی قرار گرفته است. همچنین جامعه آماری این تحقیق تمام آیات شریفه‌ای از قرآن کریم است که به امنیت اختصاص دارد که با بررسی‌های انجام‌شده تعداد این ا‌یات برابر با 44 آیه بوده است. از بین این آیات، آیات مرتبط با امنیت سلبی به‌عنوان جامعه نمونه در نظر گرفته و تحلیل گردیده است که تعداد این آیات 12 آیه از آیات شریف قران کریم است. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از پژوهش، بیشترین گونه امنیت سلبی از منظر قرآن کریم، از نوع قدرت الهی بوده و ولایت مدار بودن انسان ها، نقوی، ایمان به خدا و انجام عمل صالح، در رده‌های بعدی از گونه‌های امنیت سلبی قرار دارند.

factor analysis of negative security theory in the approach of the islamic republic of iran with emphasis on the principles of the holy quran

security, which is referred to as safety and relief from danger, anxiety and worry, is one of the main and basic needs of human beings. security in the islamic republic of iran is a comprehensive concept and covers all areas of life. this article has been written with the aim of achieving the theory of negative security in the approach of the islamic republic of iran by referring to the types of security in the holy quran and has examined the types of security in the approach of the islamic republic of iran according to quranic principles. the present research is of an applied-developmental type and is based on a descriptive-analytical method. their translation and interpretation, the semantic codes of each verse according to the type of power and security hidden in it are listed in tables and then the types of power that lead to negative security are identified. also, the statistical population of this research is all the noble verses of the holy quran that are dedicated to security, which according to the studies, the number of these verses was equal to 44 verses.among these verses, verses related to negative security have been considered and analyzed as a model community, and the number of these verses is 12 verses of the holy quran. according to the results of the study, the most type of negative security from the perspective of the holy quran, is the type of divine power and the guardianship of human beings, piety, faith in god and doing righteous deeds, are in the next categories of negative security.
