برآورد سرانه مصرف آب شرب: مطالعه موردی شهر اردکان

ضرورت اعمال سیاست‌های مرتبط با مدیریت مصرف آب، موجب گردیده است تا انواع راهکارهایی که منجر به افزایش بهره‌وری آب می‌گردند، مورد بررسی قرار گیرند. یکی از این راهکارها بهره‌گیری از سامانه‌های جداسازی آب شرب از مصارف بهداشتی می‌باشد. در این راستا میزان سرانه آب شرب مصرفی نقش ویژه‌ای در طراحی‌های سامانه‌های تامین و توزیع آب شرب ایفا می‌نماید. با این وجود، به نظر می‌رسد بر اساس سوابق موجود هیچگونه مطالعه و بررسی میدانی در رابطه با تعیین سرانه مصرف آب شرب در ایران صورت نگرفته باشد. بنابراین اعداد و ارقام مورد اشاره در مراجع و گزارش‌های فنی، تنها وابسته به استاندارد وضع شده (نشریه شماره 3117) و یا برگرفته از سایر مطالعات انجام شده در کشورهای مشابه از لحاظ اقلیمی و فرهنگی می‌باشد. در این پژوهش با بررسی‌های میدانی و آمارگیری از مشترکین شهر اردکان که آب شرب مصرفی خود را از جایگاه‌های عمومی برداشت آب تهیه می‌نمایند، اقدام به برآورد سرانه مصرف آب شرب شده است. در این راستا ابتدا، به بررسی‌ سوابق مطالعاتی در سطح بین المللی پرداخته، سپس یک روش‌شناسی به منظور تعیین نحوه آمارگیری و مطالعات میدانی تدوین و اجرا گردید. درنهایت داده‌ها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته و رقمی به‌عنوان سرانه آب شرب منطقه مورد مطالعه استخراج گردید.

Estimation of the Per Capita of Drinking Water Consumption; A Case Study of Ardekan City, Yazd Province Abstract: Enforcement of policies related to water consumption management necessitates the evaluation of a variety of strategies leading to increased water productivity. One of these strategies is the separation of drinking water distribution from other uses. In this regard, the per capita of drinking water consumption plays a major role in the design of systems for drinking water supply and distribution. However, it seems that few studies have been conducted on the estimation of this amount in Iran. Therefore, the numbers and statistics cited in the references and technical reports are either dependent on standards (IRI MPORG Publication No. 3117) or extracted from other studies in similar countries in terms of climate and culture. The present study aimed to estimate the per capita consumption of drinking water in Ardakan, Yazd Province, through field studies and a survey of subscribers who collect their required drinking water from public water distributors. For this purpose, the research background at the international level was reviewed and then a statistical methodology was developed and implemented for the survey and field studies. Finally, the data were statistically analyzed and the per capita consumption of drinking water in this area was determined.
