شناسایی و ارزیابی مخاطرات محیطی با استفاده از تکنیک cocoso؛ موردکاوی: شهرک صنعتی شرق سمنان

مخاطرات طبیعی با انواع گوناگون و گسترۀ نفوذ پدیده‌هایی تکرارشدنی و ویرانگرند که می‌توانند به زندگی و معاش انسان‌ لطمه وارد کنند. تاکنون مقالات متعددی در زمینۀ مخاطرات محیطی در شهرها انجام گرفته است، شهرک‌های صنعتی به‌دلیل جایگاه ویژه‌ در زمینۀ تولید محصولات مورد نیاز جامعه و تجمع افراد در این مکان‌ها گزینۀ مناسبی برای تحقیقات‌اند. در این مقاله تلاش شد مخاطرات محیطی تاثیرگذار در شهرک صنعتی سمنان ارزیابی و رتبه‌بندی شود. در این تحقیق پس از مرور پژوهش‌های پیشین، با استفاده از نظر خبرگان، هشت مخاطرۀ محیطی برای شهرک صنعتی سمنان و سه معیار برای ارزیابی این مخاطرات تعریف شد. پس از وزن‌دهی به معیارها، با نظر خبرگان ماتریس تصمیم تدوین شد و با استفاده از روش تصمیم‌گیری cocoso رتبه‌بندی انجام گرفت. مهم‌ترین مخاطرات محیطی به‌دست‌آمده به‌ترتیب گرمای شدید، زلزله و بارش شدید است. در انتها نیز روی نتایج به‌دست‌آمده آنالیز حساسیت انجام گرفت تا پایداری داده‌ها بررسی شود.

identification and assessment of environmental hazards using the cocoso technique - excavation case: east semnan industrial town

natural hazards with their various types and extent of influence are repeatable and destructive phenomena that can harm people’s lives and livelihoods. considering that many articles have been done in the field of environmental hazards in cities, while it seems that industrial towns are a suitable option for research due to their special position in the field of producing products needed by society and the accumulation of people in these places. to be therefore, in this article, an attempt was made to evaluate and rank the environmental hazards affecting semnan industrial town. in this research, after reviewing the literature, using the opinion of experts, eight environmental hazards were defined for semnan industrial town, as well as three criteria for evaluating these hazards. after weighting the criteria, a decision matrix was formulated with the opinion of experts and ranking was done using the cocoso decision making method. finally, a sensitivity analysis was performed on the obtained results to check the stability of the data.
