گونه‌شناسی مخاطرات در علم مخاطره‌شناسی (آیا علم مخاطره‌شناسی گونه‌های خاصی دارد؟)

فعالیت‌های مردم و جوامع طی سدۀ گذشته افزایش چشمگیری داشته و تاثیر زیادی بر محیط طبیعی و محیط زندگی جوامع و بر مردم به‌صورت جمعی یا فردی داشته است. از طرفی اثر رویدادهای طبیعت نیز بر فعالیت‌های مردم و جوامع در حال فزونی است. بر این اساس ماهیت علم مخاطره‌شناسی سنجش اثر مخاطره‌آمیز این فعالیت‌ها و رویدادهاست. روش تولید این مقاله تحلیل تجربی و تاریخی است و مجموعه شناخته‌شده‌ای از شهادت‌ها و شکایت‌های محیط طبیعی و اجتماعی را در بر دارد، البته آن مقدار که نویسندگان از آن بی‌خبر نمانده‌اند. پرسش این مقاله این است که این فعالیت‌ها و رویدادها سبب چه نوع مخاطراتی شده است و براساس آن مخاطرات، علم مخاطره‌شناسی دارای چه گونه‌هایی است؟ پاسخ به این پرسش سبب خواهد شد که مخاطره‌شناسان به‌صورت بنیادی و سازمان‌یافته و به‌طور فزاینده و فعال‌تر مشغول ابعاد حل و مدیریت مخاطرات اجتماعی، فردی و محیط طبیعی شوند و از طرفی سهم علم مخاطره‌شناسی برای درک مخاطرات در توسعه یابد و همچنین دیگر علاقه‌مندان از رشته‌های دیگر علوم که فرصت ورود به علم مخاطره‌شناسی را می‌یابند، به قلمرو گونه‌شناسی علم مخاطرات رهنمون شوند.
