نگاهی به کووید-19 و تحولات آموزش دانشگاهی در جهان: مخاطرات و چشم‌اندازها

شیوع ویروس کرونا، از مهم‌ترین مخاطرات جهان امروز است و همه‌گیری این ویروس، بخش‌های گوناگون جامعه ازجمله دانشگاه‌ها را درگیر کرده است. همانند هر چالشی، همه‌گیری ویروس کرونا نیز برای دانشگاه‌ها و جامعۀ علمی، تهدیدها و فرصت‌های بسیاری را به‌همراه آورده است. این پدیده موجب شده که جوامع علمی در زمینۀ آموزش الکترونیکی تجربه‌های ارزشمندی کسب کنند و آمادۀ ورود به عصر جدیدی از آموزش به شیوه‌های نوین ازجمله آموزش در فضاهای سه‌بعدی باشند. فرهنگ و هنر نیز با آموزش پیوند یافته است. این موضوع می‌تواند آغازی برای حرکت به‌سمت یکپارچگی جهانی در روند آموزش باشد. در چند ماه اخیر، بسیاری از کنفرانس‌ها نیز به شیوۀ مجازی برگزار شده‌اند که با استقبال گسترده‌ای روبه‌رو شدند. سیاست‌های جهانی نیز در راستای افزایش بودجۀ علوم کاربردی تمهیداتی را اندیشیده‌اند، به‌طوری‌که بودجۀ سالانه بنیاد ملی علوم آمریکا از 8 میلیارد دلار در حال تغییر به 40 میلیارد دلار است. از سوی دیگر همه‌گیری کووید19 توجه محققان در رشته‌های مختلف را به خود جلب کرده و سبب شده مسیر تحقیقاتی در جهان به‌طور گسترده به‌سمت علوم بنیادی و یافتن راهکارهایی برای درمان این ویروس تغییر پیدا کند. این مسئله برخی زمینه‌های تحقیقاتی دیگر را با مشکل بودجه روبه‌رو خواهد کرد. بسیاری از دانشگاه‌های جهان نیز به‌علت رویکرد استفاده از فضای مجازی، با مشکلات متعدد ازجمله کاهش ثبت‌نام دانشجویان خارجی و به‌دنبال آن کمبود بودجه مواجه شده‌اند که این مسئله، حیات برخی دانشگاه‌ها را با تهدید روبه‌رو ساخته است. دانشگاه‌های سراسر جهان تمهیدات ارزشمندی را با هدف حفظ و ارتقای اهداف آموزشی خود و سازگاری هرچه بیشتر با این بحران جهانی اندیشیده‌اند. با توجه به مراتب یادشده، در این مقاله به بررسی این رویکردهای ارزشمند در جهان می‌پردازیم. امید است با بهره‌گیری از مشارکت علمی و انتقال تجارب سودمند جهانی، بتوانیم از این تهدید، فرصتی برای بهبود و ارتقای علم و آگاهی در کشور بسازیم.

A look at the Covid19 and the evolution of university education in the world: Challenges and perspectives

The spread of the corona virus is one of the most important challenges in the world today, and the epidemic of this virus has affected all sections of society, including universities. As with any challenge, the coronavirus epidemic has posed many threats and opportunities for universities and the academic community. This crisis has led the scientific community to gain valuable experience in electeronic learning and be ready to enter a new era of teaching in new ways, including learning in threedimensional spaces. Culture and art are also linked to education, and this can be the beginning of a move towards global integration in the education process. In recent months, many conferences have also been held virtually, which have been widely welcomed. Global policies have also taken measures to increase the budget for applied sciences so that, the National Science Foundation’s budget is shifting from $ 8 billion a year to $ 40 billion. On the other hand, the Covid19 epidemic has attracted the attention of researchers in various fields and it has changed the direction of worldwide research towards the basic sciences and finding solutions to treat this virus. This will pose a budget problem for some other research areas. Many universities around the world have also faced a number of problems due to the cyberspace approach, including declining enrollment of international students and lack of funding, and this has threatened the lives of some universities. Now, more than eight months after the onset of the coronavirus epidemic, universities around the world have made valuable arrangements to maintain and enhance their educational goals and to adapt more and more to this global crisis. Given the above, in this article we look at these valuable approaches globally. It is hoped that by taking advantage of scientific participation and transferring useful experiences at the global level, we can turn this threat into an opportunity to improve and enhance the level of science and awareness in the country.
