اثربخشی برنامه آشنایی با تحول نوجوان بر سبک‌های تربیتی و ارتباط مادر با فرزند دختر

نوجوانی دوره مهمی از تحول هر فرد است و در رابطه‌ی مادر- دختر، مادر به عنوان یک الگو و راهنما نقش مهمی در این زمینه دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی تحول نوجوان بر سبک‌های تربیتی و ارتباط مادر با فرزند دختر بود.. این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون تک گروهی بود. گروه نمونه به صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس شامل 60 نفر از مادران انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی‌ها طی پنج جلسه دو ساعته در برنامه آموزشی تحول نوجوان شرکت کردند. ابزارهای استفاده شده مقیاس های ارتباط والد- فرزند (فرم کوتاه) (جرارد، 1994) و فرزند‌پروری (آرنولد، اولیری، ولف و آکر، 1993) بود. یافته های حاصل از آزمون t همبسته نشان داد از میان سبک های تربیتی، سبک مستبدانه در سطح 0.01 کاهش معنی‌دار داشته است. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان داد پس از دوره آموزشی نه‌تنها سبک مستبدانه به طور معناداری کاهش یافته بلکه میزان ارتباط با فرزند نیز پس از دوره آموزشی افزایش داشته است. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می توان بیان کرد برنامه آموزشی به والدین کمک می کند ارتباط موثرتری با نوجوان خود برقرار کرده و فرصت بیشتری برای استقلال آن ها فراهم آورند.

effectiveness of the adolescent development training program on parenting method and mother daughter relationship

adolescence is a critical period of development for individuals. in the mother-daughter relationship, the mother plays a crucial role as a source of information and guidance. the aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of an adolescent development training program on parenting methods and the mother-daughter relationship this study used quasi-experimental design with pre and posttest but without a control group. the sample consisted of 60 mothers who participated in a five-session training program, with each session lasting two hours. the participants completed two questionnaires: parent- child relationship (short form) (gérard, 1994), and the parenting scale (arnold, o’leary, wolff, & acker, 1993). data were analyzed using paired sample t-test. the results indicated a significant reduction in authoritarian parenting style (p < 0.01) after the intervention program. furthermore, not only did the authoritarian style decrease significantly following the training program, but the parent-child relationship also improved. the educational program helped parents establish a more effective relationship with their adolescents and provided more opportunities for their independence.
