رابطه دلبستگی و کیفیت مراقبت مادرانه با نقش میانجی‌گر انعطاف‌پذیری هیجانی

 هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه دلبستگی و کیفیت مراقبت مادرانه با میانجی‌گری انعطاف‌پذیری هیجانی بر روی مادران بود. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و جامعه آماری مادران دارای فرزند 2 تا 6 سال شهر تهران در سال 1401 بود. در این پژوهش از نمونه‌گیری دردسترس استفاده شد و حجم نمونه 324 شرکت‌کننده بود. برای سنجش متغیرهای مورد مطالعه از پرسشنامه‌های کیفیت مراقبت مادرانه (mcqs)، تجارب روابط نزدیک-ساختار رابطه (ecr-rs) و انعطاف‌پذیری ‌هیجانی (efs) استفاده گردید. ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی از طریق الگویابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم افزارهای spss21 و amos22 انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد رابطه متغیر‌ دلبستگی با متغیر کیفیت مراقبت مادرانه مستقیم و معنی دار (0.366- =β)، رابطه متغیر‌ انعطاف‌پذیری هیجانی با متغیر کیفیت مراقبت مادرانه  مستقیم و معنی دار (0.507=β) و همچنین رابطه متغیر‌ دلبستگی با متغیر انعطاف‌پذیری هیجانی مستقیم و معنی‌دار است (0.401- =β) و همچنین انعطاف‌پذیری هیجانی در رابطه بین دلبستگی و کیفیت مراقبت مادرانه نقش میانجی ایفا کرد (0.05>p). از نتایج این پژوهش می توان در راستای طراحی و اجرای آموزش ها یا مداخلاتی برای بهبود کیفیت مراقبت مادرانه و سلامت روان مادر و کودک استفاده کرد.

the relationship between attachment and maternal caregiving quality with the mediating role of emotional flexibility

the aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between attachment and the quality of maternal caregiving with the mediation of emotional flexibility on mothers. the research method was descriptive and the statistical population was mothers with children aged 2 to 6 in tehran in 2023. in this research, convenience sampling was used and the sample size was 324 participants. . to measure the studied variables, maternal caregiving quality scale (mcqs), experience in close relationship-relationship structure (ecr-rs) and emotional flexibility scale (efs) were used. evaluation of the proposed model was done using structural equation modeling by spss21 and amos22. the findings showed that the relationship between attachment and maternal caregiving quality was direct and significant (β=-0.366), the relationship between emotional flexibility and maternal caregiving quality was direct and significant (β=0.507) and also the relationship between attachment and emotional flexibility was direct and significant (β=-0.401) and emotional flexibility played a mediating role in the relationship between attachment and maternal caregiving quality (p<0.05). the results of this research can be used to design and implement trainings or interventions to improve the maternal caregiving quality and the mental health of mothers and children.
