طراحی برنامه توانمندسازی شناختی- رفتاری مادران دارای کودک طیف اتیسم و اثربخشی آن بر بهبود تعامل با کودک

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و بررسی اثربخشی برنامه توانمندسازی شناختی رفتاری مادران دارای کودک طیف اتیسم بر بهبود تعامل با کودک انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع شبه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری 30 مادر داوطلب دارای کودک اوتیسم بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت در دسترس 24 مادر انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 12 نفری آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. برنامه توانمندسازی شناختی رفتاری مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به طیف اتیسم طراحی و سپس برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. گروه آزمایش برنامه توانمندسازی شناختی رفتاری را در 12 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای دریافت کردند؛ درحالی‌ که گروه کنترل آموزشی دریافت نکرد. به منظور بررسی تاثیر برنامه توانمندسازی شناختی رفتاری از مقیاس رابطه والدکودک پیانتا (cprs) استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کواریانس در نرم افزار   spss22 نشان داد که توانمندسازی شناختی رفتاری در کاهش میزان تعارض و وابستگی و افزایش نزدیکی مادران کودکان طیف اتیسم موثر بوده است (p<0.001). نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که برنامه توانمندسازی شناختی رفتاری مادران باعث کاهش تعارض وابستگی و افزایش خرده مقیاس نزدیکی بین والدکودک در روابطشان گردید. این مطالعه، نقش بسزایی در افزایش اطلاعات مرتبط با تعاملات والدکودک، کودکان و نوجوانان مبتلا به اتیسم از طریق آموزش به والدین به ویژه مادران ایفا نموده است.

Designing a cognitive-behavioral empowerment program for mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder and its effectiveness on improving the interaction with the child

The preset study aimed to design and investigate the effectiveness of cognitivebehavioral empowerment program on mothers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder on improving the interaction with the child. this study was semiexperimental with pretest and posttest design, and control group. The statistical population was 30 volunteer mothers with autistic children from among whom  24 mothers were selected by convenience sampling method and were randomly assigned into experiment and control groups. The cognitivebehavioral empowerment program was designed and performed for the experiment group. The experiment group received a cognitivebehavioral empowerment program in 12 sessions of 90 minutes, while the control group did not receive training. Pianta ChildParent Relationship Scale (CPRS) was used to investigate the effect of cognitivebehavioral empowerment program. Analysis of data by analysis of covariance in SPSS22 showed that cognitivebehavioral empowerment was effective on reducing the conflicts and dependence and increasing intimacy between mothers and children with autism spectrum disorder (P<0.001). The results indicated that cognitivebehavioral empowerment program reduced the conflicts and dependency and increased the subscale of intimacy between the mother and the child. The present study played an important role in increasing information about the childparent relationship in children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder through training the parents especially the mothers.
