اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی روابط درون خانوادگی بر رضامندی زوجیت مادران و تاب‌آوری خواهران کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی روابط درون‌خانوادگی بر رضامندی زوجیت مادران و تاب‌آوری خواهران کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم بود. روش: این پژوهش یک مطالعه شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه مادران و خواهران کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم ساکن شهر تهران در سال 1397 بودند که از میان آنها نمونه‌ای به حجم 24 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (12نفر) و کنترل (12نفر) گمارده شدند. از هر دو گروه پیش‌آزمون به عمل آمد و گروه آزمایش برنامه آموزشی روابط درون‌خانوادگی را در 9 جلسه دریافت کردند.  ابزار پژوهش حاضر شامل مقیاس رضامندی زوجیت افروز (1389) و مقیاس تاب‌آوری کونور و دیویدسون (2003) بود. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر در نرم‌افزار spss مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که برنامه آموزشی روابط درون‌خانوادگی بر متغیرهای رضامندی زوجیت و تاب‌آوری اثربخش بوده و اثر این تغییر تا مرحله پیگیری پایدار مانده‌است (0.05>p). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه بهنتایج پژوهش حاضر می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که برنامه آموزشی روابط درون‌خانوادگی رضامندی زوجیت مادران و تاب‌آوری خواهران کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم را افزایش می‌دهد.

Effectiveness of Intra-Family Relationships Educational Program on marital satisfaction of mothers and resiliency of sisters of shildren with Autism Spectrum disorder

Aim:The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effectiveness of educational program of intrafamily relationships on the marital satisfaction of mothers and the resiliency of sisters of children with autism spectrum disorder. Method:This research was quasiexperimental study with pretest, posttest and follow up design. The statistical population of this research included mothers and sisters of autistic children, living in Tehran in 2018. From among this population, 24 individuals were selected by the available sampling method and randomly assigned to two groups; experiment (12 people) and control (12 people). Both groups answered the pretest and then experiment group received the educational program of intrafamily relationships in 9 sessions. The tools of the present study were Afrooz Marital Satisfaction Scale (2010) and Connor Davidson Resiliency Scale (2003). The obtained data were analyzed using repeated measurements of analysis of covariance with SPSS. Results: The results showed that educational program of intrafamily relationships was effective on the marital satisfaction and the resiliency variables and the effect of this change was stable in the follow up (P<0/05). Conclusion: According to the finding of the present study, it can be concluded that the educational program of intrafamily relationships can increase the marital satisfaction of mothers and the resiliency of sisters of children with autism spectrum disorder.
