اثربخشی مداخلات کوئیک‌تیپس بر پردازش حسی و مشارکت اجتماعی کودکان با اختلال طیف اُتیسم

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی برنامه‌ کوئیک‌تیپس بر پردازش حسی و مشارکت اجتماعی کودکان با اختلال طیف اُتیسم بود. روش این مطالعه نیمه‌آزمایشی و با طرح پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه گواه و پیگیری یک‌ماهه بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کودکان با اختلال طیف اُتیسم 3 تا 5 ساله شهر تهران بود. با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس 29 نفر (12 دختر و 17 پسر) انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه گمارش و مورد پژوهش قرار گرفتند. ابزار سنجش نسخه پیش‌دبستانی مقیاس اندازه‌گیری پردازش حسی پس‌دبستانی (spmp) و برنامه‌ مداخله‌ای، پروتکل کوئیک‌تیپس بود. برنامه طی 32 جلسه یک‌ساعته بر روی گروه آزمایش توسط والدین با هدایتگری محقق، طبق پروتکل در منزل اجرا شد. داده‌ها از طریق آزمون  tو تحلیل ‌کوواریانس با نرم‌افزار 21spss مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که اجرای کوئیک‌تیپس در گروه آزمایش، به‌جز متغیرهای شنوایی و بویایی/ چشایی به‌طور معناداری موجب بهبود سایر متغیرهای پردازش حسی و مشارکت اجتماعی شد و این تاثیر در مرحله پیگیری دوام داشته، حتی روند بهبود در حس‌عمقی به‌طور معناداری ادامه داشت (0.05>p). براساس یافته‌ها، کوئیک‌تیپس برنامه‌ای اثربخش جهت حل مشکلات پردازش حسی و مشارکت اجتماعی کودکان با اختلال طیف اُتیسم می‌باشد. پیشنهاد می‌شود این برنامه که قابل استفاده در منزل و قابل اجرا توسط والدین است، در کنار سایر برنامه‌های متداول مراکز، به والدین آموزش و جهت حل مشکلات حسی و مشارکت کودکان، در منزل اجرا شود.

Effectiveness of the Quick Tips Interventions on sensory processing and social participation of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of the Quick Tips Program on sensory processing and social participation of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The research was Quasiexperimental of pretestposttest design with a control group and onemonth followup. The population included all ASD children at the age of 35 in Tehran City. The sample size was 29 (12 girls, 17 boys) who were chosen using convenient sampling method and were randomly selected and assigned to experiment and control groups. The assessment tool consisted of Sensory Processing MeasurePreschool (SPMP) and the intervention program was The Quick Tips Protocol (Henry, 2014). Interventions were performed in 32 onehour sessions on the experiment group by parents with coaching researcher, in accordance with the protocol in the child’s natural environment. Data were analyzed by ttest and MANCOVA using SPSS21 software. Results showed that implementation of the Quick Tips, significantly improved sensory processing and social participation except hearing, tastesmell and these effects specially in proprioception lasted for onemonth followup significantly (p < 0.05). The findings conclude that the Quick Tips is an effective program to solve sensory processing and social participation of autism children problems. It is suggested that the program, which is applicable at home and operated by parents, is being taught to parents and is being implemented at home with other common programs, to resolve sensory problems and children’s participation.
