بررسی رویکرد فلسفی اسپینوزا به دین و نتایج الهیاتی آن

از نظر اسپینوزا دین بر اساس مقاصدش نظامی جهان‌شمول و فراقومی است که برای عامۀ مردم از طریق اطاعت از خدا واقعیت می‌یابد. او اصول هفت‌گانۀ ایمان را در همین راستا بیان می‌کند. اسپینوزا آموزه‌های دین را ساده، حداقلی و مبتنی بر تاریخ و زبان می‌داند. به باور وی ازآنجاکه طبیعت بیشتر انسان‌ها متاثر از احساسات است و نه عقل، برای نجات آنان باید دین را در ابتدا بازیابی کرد و درنهایت دموکراتیک نمود. اسپینوزا تحقق عملکرد منحصربه‌فرد دین در نجات تقریباً همه آدمیان را در مطیع‌کردن دین با تفکیک آن از فلسفه و درنتیجه دموکراتیک‌سازی الهیات پیشنهاد می‌دهد. دموکراتیک‌کردن دین به تعدیل اقتدار سیاسی دین و تقویت اقتدار سیاسی کشور منجر می‌شود. معنای بازیابی‌شده اسپینوزا از دین، اساساً دموکراتیک است و این ویژگی جدید، امکان سازگاری الهیات او با سیاست را فراهم می‌کند و در پرتو همین رویکرد به دین، آزادی انسان و جامعه به دست خواهد آمد. در نوشتار حاضر کوشیده شده است خوانش فلسفی و متفاوت اسپینوزا از دین و نتایج الهیاتی برگرفته از این خوانش بررسی شود.
