sexual health educational needs assessment of newly married women in qom, iran; a qualitative study

Aims it is essential to empower and improve women’s awareness of sexual health. in iran, the specific needs of women in marriage do not meet due to cultural traits. this study aimed to identify and analyze the sexual health education needs of newly married women, extract their opinions, and enhance understanding.participants & methods this qualitative study was conducted by purposive sampling in qom city, 2019. in-depth interviews were conducted with 22 married women. all interviews were recorded and typed. data were analyzed using conventional content and was managed and organized using maxqda10 software.findings educational needs were explained in 4 categories, 12 subcategories, and 28 codes. extraction of study codes led to the emergence of educational needs of married women in four main categories, including psychological needs, individual and family needs, and recognition of marital factors as well as social and environmental needs. furthermore, each main category included several subcategories, which were explained using some participants’ opinions. conclusions the results indicated that married women need to receive specialized knowledge and skills in psychological, individual and family, marital factors, as well as social and environmental terms. currently, the premarital education programs do not address many of these needs, especially sex education. thus, the results of this study are useful for those in charge of educating couples in planning and implementing education programs based on needs in the pre and post-marriage period and improving the quality of education.

نیازسنجی آموزشی سلامت جنسی از دیدگاه زنان تازه ازدواج کرده شهر قم: یک مطالعه کیفی

هدف: توانمندسازی و ارتقا آگاهی زنان در زمینه سلامت جنسی یک ضرورت است. با توجه به ویژگی zwj;های فرهنگی درکشور ما که موجب عدم بروز نیازهای دقیق زنان در امر زناشویی می شود، این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی و واکاوی نیازهای آموزشی سلامت جنسی زنان تازه ازدواج کرده و درک عمیق و استخراج نظرات آنان انجام گرفت.شرکت کنندگان و روش کار: این مطالعه کیفی با نمونه zwj;گیری به روش هدفمند در سال 1398در شهر قم با مشارکت22 نفر خانم متاهل به صورت مصاحبه عمیق فردی انجام شد. تمام مصاحبه zwj;ها ضبط و تایپ گردید. داده zwj;ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای قراردادی و نرم افزار MAXQDA.10مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته zwj; ها: نیازهای آموزشی در 4 طبقه، zwj;12 زیر طبقه و zwj;28 کد تبیین شد. استخراج کدهای مطالعه منجر به پدیدار zwj;شدن نیاز zwj;های آموزشی زنان متاهل در چهار طبقه اصلی شامل نیازهای روان zwj;شناختی zwj;، نیازهای فردی و خانوادگی zwj; - zwj; شناخت عوامل زناشویی و نیازهای اجتماعی و محیطی شد. هر طبقه اصلی نیز مشتمل برچند طبقه فرعی بود که با جملاتی zwj; از مشارکت zwj;کنندگان در پژوهش، توضیح داده شد.نتیجه zwj; گیری: نتایج نشان داد که خانم های متاهل نیازمند دریافت آگاهی و مهارتهای ویژه در ابعاد روانشناختی، فردی و خانوادگی، عوامل زناشویی، اجتماعی و محیطی می باشند که در برنامه zwj;های کنونی آموزش های پیش از ازدواج بسیاری از این نیازها خصوصا آموزش جنسی به صورت کامل تامین نمی zwj;گردد. بنابراین نتایج این بررسی می zwj;تواند به متولیان امر آموزش زوجین در برنامه zwj; zwj; zwj; zwj;ریزی و اجرای برنامه zwj; zwj;های آموزشی مبتنی بر نیاز در دوره قبل و بعد از ازدواج و ارتقا کیفیت آموزش یاری دهد. zwj;
