تحلیل فنی و بصری دیوار نگاره‌های گل و مرغ در خانه قوام و زینت ‌الملک شیراز

نقاشی گل و مرغ یکی از رایج ‌ترین تزئینات در دوره قاجار و پس از آن است. نقاشی‌های گل و مرغ به‌کاررفته در خانه‌های تاریخی شیراز از نمونه‌های ارزشمند نقاشی ایرانی به شمار می‌آید. هدف پژوهش بررسی نقوش گل و مرغ به‌کاررفته در دوخانه نارنجستان قوام و زینت‌الملک است. ازاین‌رو نقوش گل و مرغ بکار رفته در نارنجستان قوام و زینت‌الملک از منظر بصری و فنی چه ویژگی‌هایی دارد؟و عوامل موثر بر آنها چه بوده است؟ نتایج حاصل نشان می‌دهد، افتراق نقوش حاکی از کاربری متفاوت این دو بناست. نارنجستان قوام به‌عنوان دارالحکومه فارس، با نقوش پرکارتری از لحاظ نقش، رنگ، ترکیب‌بندی و ریتم در راستای اعتبار بخشیدن به قدرت خویش است و در خانه زینت‌الملک که محل زندگی خانواده قوام بوده، باظرافت نقوش در کنار تصویر زن و استفاده بیشتر از رنگ‌های گرم، فضای صمیمی حاکم است. نقوش، تحت‌تاثیر ایران باستان و اسلامی، هنر شرق به‌ویژه هند و هنر اروپایی، است. همچنین موقعیت جغرافیایی شیراز، شهرت به شهر گل‌وبلبل و کاخ شاهی در شکل‌گیری نقوش تاثیر گذاشته است. سایه‌پردازی، رعایت بعدنمایی، تنوع رنگ و طرح در تمامی فضاها دیده می‌شود. نقوش به شش دسته مرغ، گل و مرغ، دسته‌گل، گلدان، گل و اسلیمی، دسته‌گل و منظره قابل تقسیم است. این نقوش به‌وسیله رنگ روغن، اکسیدهای فلزی، معرق و چوب بر روی بستری از جنس چوب، سنگ، کاشی و آیینه‌ کار شده‌اند.

painting of flowers and chickens is one of the most common decorations in the qajar period and after. flower and chicken paintings used in the historical houses of shiraz are among the valuable examples of iranian paintings. it is necessary to analyze this issue due to the abandonment of decorative arts in shiraz and emphasizing the importanceof preserving these works. the building of narenjestan qavam, which was the seat of persian government,consists of two parts, inner and outer. the outer part of it is the civil and court aspect, and the western part is theinner part, which is known as the house of zinat al-molk. the building of zainat al-mulk was also used for thepermanent residence of incest and children. these two buildings have significant decorations such as painting,lithograph, sculpture, tile work, mirror work, wood carving, brickwork and muqarans work, and with themes suchas flowers and bushes, various natural landscapes, animals and birds, and arabesque motifs which are among themost beautiful the buildings of this period are in shiraz. the purpose of the research is to investigate the paintingof flowers and chickens used in the two houses of narenjestan qawam and zinat al- molk and the question is,what are the visual and technical features of the flowers and chickens painting used in narenjestan qavam andzinat al-molk, and what were the factors influencing them? this research is of a descriptive, analytical and historicaltype, and the method of collecting documental and field information. the results show that the difference inmotifs indicates the different use of these two buildings. narenjestan qawam, as the seat of the fars government,has more elaborate motifs in terms of role, color, composition and rhythm in order to give credit to its power, andin the house of zinat al-molk, which was the residence of the qawam family, elegant motifs next to the imageof a woman and more use of warm colors an intimate atmosphere prevails. the motifs are influenced by ancientiranian and islamic art, eastern art, especially indian art, and european art. also, the geographical location ofshiraz, the city of flowers and chickens and the shahi palace have influenced the formation of patterns. shading,observance for perspective, variety of colors and designs can be seen in the entire space. the topics can be dividedinto six categories: chicken, flower and chicken, flower bouquet, vase, flower and arabesque, flower bouquet and landscape. this pattern is made with oil paint, metal oxides, mosaic and wood on a substrate of wood, stone, tile and mirror.
