پژوهش تحلیلی هنر قاشق‌تراشی در خوانسار از دیرباز تاکنون

در ایران تولید آثار چوبی و هنر‌های وابسته به آن از گذشته تاکنون جایگاه ویژه‌ای بین هنرمندان و صنعتگران داشته است. اما متاسفانه تولید و تزئین برخی از این آثار مانند هنر قاشق‌تراشی، بنا به دلایل گوناگون با افول مواجه شده است. قاشق‌تراشی یکی از هنر‌های سنتی ایران بوده است که در گذشته تعداد زیادی از هنرمندان منبت‌کار در برخی شهر‌ها هم‌چون خوانسار و آباده به این حرفه مشغول بوده‌اند؛ اما در حال حاضر به‌جز چند هنرمند، دیگر کسی به این حرفه مشغول نیست. یکی از شهر‌های معتبر ایران در زمینۀ هنر قاشق‌تراشی خوانسار است که در گذشته کارگاه‌های فراوانی در آن این آثار را تولید می‌کردند. در ارتباط با قاشق‌های سنتی تولید شده در این شهر تاکنون پژوهش مستقل و هدفمندی صورت نگرفته و ضرورت داشت که به این هنر سنتی رو به فراموشی شهر پرداخته شود. بر همین اساس هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر توصیف و تحلیل هنر قاشق‌تراشی خوانسار است. روش پژوهش توصیفی – تحلیلی و شیوۀ گردآوری اطلاعات در آن شامل مطالعات میدانی، پرسش‌های شفاهی محلی، مطالعات موزه‌ای و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای است. با توجه به مطالعات صورت گرفته چنین مشخص می‌شود که در خوانسار و حداقل از اوایل دورۀ قاجاریه به بعد، مشابه مراکزی هم‌چون آباده، انواع مختلفی از قاشق‌های چوبی به‌ویژه افشره-خوری‌های زیبا تولید می‌شد. اما شاخصۀ تقریباً متمایز خوانسار نسبت به دیگر مراکز، تولید آثار یک‌تکۀ ساده یا تزئینی می‌باشد که در نتیجۀ آن انواع متعددی از قاشق‌های کوچک و بزرگ با کاربری‌های گوناگون تولید شده است.

Analytical research of spoon-cutting art in Khansar from the past to the present

AbstractIn Iran, the production of wooden works and related arts has always had a special significance for artists and craftsmen. Unfortunately, the process of producing and decorating many of these works has been overlooked for several reasons. Spoon cutting is a traditional art in Iran that has long been practiced by a large number of woodcarving artists in some cities such as Khansar and Abadeh. Currently, except for a few artists, not many people are engaged in this profession. Khansar is one of the most prestigious cities in Iran in the field of spoon-cutting art, where many workshops have been engaged in producing these works in the past. In the field of traditional spoons produced in Khansar City, no scientific and purposeful research has been conducted so far, and it is necessary to pay more attention to this traditional and almost forgotten art. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study was to describe and analyze Khansar spoon-cutting art. The research method was descriptive-analytical, and the method of gathering data was a mix of field studies, interviews with local people, museums and library studies. According to the results, compared with other spoon-cutting centers, the distinctive feature of Khansar artifacts is the production of simple single-or decorative spoon-cutting works. Thus, several types of small and large spoons with different applications were produced, that are introduced in this study.
