روش فقه الحدیثی کلینی در شرح احادیث کافی

کتاب کافی، به دلیل اعتبار و وثاقت مولف، و قدمت کتاب و نزدیکی به زمان حضور ائمه(ع)، از زمان تالیف، مورد توجه علما و محدثان امامی قرار گرفت و در طول تاریخ حدیث شیعه بر روایات آن شروح متعددی نگاشته شد، اما در این بین، به شروح خودِ کلینی بر برخی روایات کتابش کمتر توجه شده است. کلینی علاوه بر طبقه‌بندی بدیع احادیث، به شرح و تبیین برخی از  احادیث پرداخت وتلاش نمود تا مشکلات اخبار را حل کند. بهره گیری از آیات قرآن کریم، علم کلام و تاریخ، لغت و شعر عربی و توضیحات دیگر روات از اصحاب ائمّه(ع) درباره متن، از جمله روشهای معمول کلینی در شرح احادیث است. اجتهاد وی در فهم متون احادیث، غالبا به منظور شرح کلمات غامض، رفع توهّم تعارض و نیز توجیه مخالفت متن با اجماع عالمان امامی صورت پذیرفته است.

Fiqh alḤadith Methods of Kulayni in the Explanation ofalKafi Ḥadiths

AlKafi because of its authenticity, the reliability of the author, antiquity of thebook and closeness to the Imams times has been considered by Imami traditionistsand other scholars who have written many explanation books. While, scholars havepaid attention to the Kulayni clarification on the narrations on his book rarely. Inaddition to classification of narrations he tried to explain and clarify difficult hadiths.Kulayni has used different methods for clarifications of narrations including: takingadvantage of the Qur’an, theology, history, philology, Arabic poetry and othertransmitter explanations regarding the concept of the hadith. All these methods wasapplied by Kulayni in order to clarification of the complex word, elimination ofthe confliction and justification of the opposition of the text with consensus of theImami scientist.
