یکی از روایات تقیه که با اسناد و متون مختلف در جوامع حدیثی شیعه نقل شده، روایتی است که امام صادق (ع) در آن، برای اثبات مشروعیت تقیه، به بخشی از داستان حضرت یوسف (ع) استناد می‌کند. فهم کیفیت دلالت این روایت، بر جواز و مشروعیت تقیه در کتب فقه‌الحدیث، مبهم است. به نظر می‌رسد امام صادق (ع)، در این روایت، بسیار سربسته استدلالی را مطرح می‌کند که مورد پذیرش مخاطب واقع شده است. برای فهم معنای ضمنی این روایت، با توجه به موجز و سربسته بودن پاسخ امام صادق (ع) و همدلی مخاطب از روش مطالعه اصل همکاری گرایس استفاده شده است، تا معانی بیشتری از این روایت، کشف گردد. این پژوهش برای فهم معنای ضمنی، بر همدلی امام صادق (ع) و اصحاب حدیث تمرکز کرده است. مطالعه تطبیقی بین شرایط امام صادق (ع) و اصحاب حدیث، با داستان حضرت یوسف (ع)، نشان می‌دهد امام صادق (ع) به دنبال بیان سه موضوع مهم بوده است. نخست؛ مشروعیت تقیه، دوم: رفع اتهام سرقت حدیث از اصحاب حدیث و سوم: بشارت به پیروزی جریان اصحاب حدیث در جریان احیاء سنت نبوی.

one of the taqiyyah traditions that has been narrated with various isnad and texts in the shia hadith books is a tradition that imam sadiq (a.s.) argues to the part of the story of yusuf (a.s.) in the quran to prove the correctness of taqiyya. it is hard to understand that the quality of the implications of this narration, on the correctness of taqiyyah in the books of hadith jurisprudence. it seems that imam sadiq (a.s.) in this narration very closed head presents an argument that has been accepted by the audience. in order to understand the meaning of this narration of imam sadiq (a.s.) it is beneficial to use the method of violation of grice’s principle of cooperation. its purpose is to understand more meanings of this narration. in order to understand the implicit meanings, this research has focused on the principle of empathy of imam sadiq (a.s.) with the companions of hadith. a comparative study between the conditions of imam sadiq (a.s.) and the companions of hadith, with the story of hazrat yusuf (a.s.) shows that imam sadiq (a.s.) sought to express three important issues. first: correctness of taqiyyah, second: stating that the allegation of stealing hadith is wrong and third: announcing the victory of the movement of the companions of hadith in the revival of the prophetic sunnah.
