بررسی تطبیقی مبانی فقه الحدیثی آیت الله جوادی آملی با آرای هرمنوتیکی پل ریکور

فهم حدیث در پرتو دانش فقه‌الحدیث، برخاسته از مبانی اولیه‌ای است که فرآیند و سیر فهم حدیث را سامان می‌دهد. در کنار تلاش محدثان در راستای فهم روایات به عنوان متن دینی، دانش هرمنوتیک نیز علی‌رغم تفاوت‌های ادواری و نظری آن، تلاشی در جهت فهم متن است. از این‌رو مقایسه و تطبیق این دو حوزه، نقاط اشتراک و افتراق آن‌ها را روشن کرده و امکان بهره‌گیری از نقاط قوت و دوری از نقاط ضعف را هموار می‌سازد. در پژوهش حاضر با شیوه توصیفی-تحلیلی و با رویکرد تطبیقی به بررسی مبانی فقه‌الحدیثی آیت‌الله جوادی‌آملی به نسبت فرآیند فهم متن در آرای هرمنوتیکی پل ریکور پرداخته شد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که پل ریکور با ارائه مفهوم فاصله‌مندی متن از مولف، غایت تفسیر را تصاحب متن توسط مفسر دانسته که این امر در نهایت به خود تفسیری مفسر منجر می‌شود. اما عنایت به مولف و خصوصیات و ویژگی‌های او در مبانی فقه‌الحدیثی آیت‌الله جوادی‌آملی برای نزدیک شدن به مراد جدی گوینده الزامی است. در آرای پل ریکور، متن در نسبت با مولف و مفسر جایگاه ویژه‌ای دارد و معانی تازه، از جهان متن بیرون می‌آید. این در حالی است که توجه به متن و لایه‌های معنایی آن، خصائص مولف و حجیّت روایات معصومان (ع) و نیز سطح فهم مخاطب و توان اجتهادی او در مبانی فقه‌الحدیثی آیت‌الله جوادی‌آملی، هر یک برای نیل به مقصود متکلم دارای سهم مشخصی است.
