اعتبارسنجی توقیعات امام زمان (ع) به شیخ مفید در کتاب الاحتجاج

از گذشته‌ی دور تا کنون، کتاب‌هایی درباره توقیعات امام زمان (ع) نوشته شده است. در منابع حدیثی شیعه امامیه، حدود صد توقیع از امام زمان (ع) موجود است که بیشتر آن‌ها در کتاب‌های «کمال‌الدین» صدوق و «الغیبه» طوسی نقل شده‌اند. در این میان، جدای از گزارش داستان توقیع امام زمان (ع) پیرامون فتوای فقهی شیخ مفید (که متنی از آن در دسترس نیست و هم روایتی متاخر و موضوع است)، فقط دو توقیع منسوب به شیخ مفید، برای عصر غیبت کبری گزارش شده است؛ که البته برخی از اندیشمندان، در انتساب و اعتبار آن‌ها، تشکیک نموده‌‌اند. با توجه به این‌که تاکنون پژوهش مستقلی پیرامون اعتبار این توقیعات شیخ مفید (موجود در کتاب احتجاج) صورت نگرفته است؛ اکنون لازم است بررسی گردد که: 1 اسناد روایی و نسخه‌ای این توقیعات چگونه هستند؟ 2 متن آن‌ها در منابع شیعی، چه سابقه‌ای دارند؟ 3 اعتبار توقیعات شیخ مفید در احتجاج، در چه حدی هستند؟ 4 آیا این توقیعات از نظر انتساب به شیخ مفید، قابل قبول هستند؟ در پژوهش حاضر، ضمن بررسی اسناد و تحلیل داده‌ها، مشخص شد که به دلایل متعددی، این توقیعات عصر غیبت کبری، از امام زمان (ع) و برای شیخ مفید نیستند و انتساب توقیعات به ایشان نادرست و بی‌اعتبار است.

from the distant past until now, books have been written about the signatures of imam al-zaman (a.s.). in the hadith sources of shia imamia, there are about a hundred taqee’s of imam zaman (a.s.); most of them are mentioned in the books of kamal al-din sadouq and al-ghaibah sheikh tusi. in the meantime, apart from the report of the story of imam zaman (a.s.) about the jurisprudential fatwa of sheikh mofid “the text of which is not available and it is a later narration and subject”, only two of the stories attributed to sheikh mofid, for the age of great absence of the report has been of course, some thinkers have doubted their attribution and validity. due to the fact that so far, no independent research has been done regarding the validity of sheikh mufid’s assertions “found in the book of protests”; now it is necessary to research that: 1- what are the narrative documents and copies of these allegations? 2- what history do their texts have in shiite sources? 3- what is the validity of sheikh mofid’s assertions in the protest? 4- are these convictions acceptable in terms of attribution to sheikh mofid? in the present research, while examining the documents and analyzing the data, it was found that due to several reasons, these revelations of the era of the great disappearance of imam zaman (a.s.) are not useful for the sheikh; and attributing the facts to them is incorrect and invalid.
