بازشناسی اسباب علمی و اجتماعی اختلاف روایات با تاکید بر نوآوری‌های آیت‌الله سیستانی

«اختلاف حدیث» یکی از معضلات فراروی اهل تحقیق در دانش‌های اسلامی به‌ویژه علوم حدیث است؛ زیرا به ‌طور فراوان، عالمان شاخه‌های گوناگون معرفتی در یک موضوع، با دو یا چند حدیث مختلف، مواجه می‌گردند. این محققان ابتدا بر پایه خود حدیث، آن‌گاه با بهره‌گیری از دیگر ادله، به راه‌کارهایی برای رفع اختلاف و یافتن حدیث معتبر از میان احادیث متعارض دست‌یافته‌اند. تلاش‌های علمی دانشمندان به دلیل اهمیت مساله اختلاف روایات، همچنان ادامه دارد. «آیت‌الله سیدعلی سیستانی»، دراین‌باره دارای آرا و آثاری است که به جهت داشتن نوآوری و کشف عرصه‌های ناشناخته، برای حل مسایل مرتبط با دانش اختلاف حدیث، بسیار راه‌گشاست. بر پایه یافته‌های علمی ایشان، اولین گام بایسته تحقیق برای حل اختلاف حدیث، شناخت اسباب آن در مراحل صدور و وصول است. همچنین بخشی از این اختلافات، غیر واقعی و مربوط به اسباب فهم نکردن دقیق احادیث، از جمله: نشناختن اسلوب کلام اهل‌بیت(ع)، مقامات مختلف ایشان و همچنین مدالیل احادیث است؛ چنان‌که شناخت شرایط مخاطب، جامعه و عرف مستفتی، بر فهم درست حدیث و رفع اختلاف میان احادیث اثر می‌گذارد. قابل ذکر است که از دیدگاه آیت‌الله سیستانی جمع شایسته میان اخبار متعارض، نه آن جمعی است که به «جمع عرفی» معروف است بلکه جمعی است مبتنی بر اسبابی همچون شناخت لحن و معاریض و اسباب کتمان که ایشان آن را «جمع استنباطی» نامیده‌اند.

Differences of Narration and Its Solution Based on Hadith Ideas of Ayatollah Sistani (With Emphasis on Innovations)

“Hadith difference” is one of the problems facing the researchers involved in Islamic sciences, especially hadith sciences. The reason is that, in many cases, scholars of different branches of knowledge encounter two or more different hadiths about a subject. These scholars first rely on the hadith itself, and then come up with solutions to resolve differences and find authentic hadiths among conflicting hadiths using other evidences. The scientific efforts of scientists continue due to the importance of the issue of differences in narrations. “Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Sistani” has presented some opinions and worked on this issue. These opinions can be very helpful in being innovative, discovering unknown areas, and solving the problems related to the knowledge of hadith differences. Based on his scientific findings, the first step of research to resolve the differences in hadith is to know their causes in the stages of issuance and receipt. In addition, some of these differences are unreal and stem from not understanding the hadiths accurately, not knowing the style of the words of the AhloalBayt (AS), and their various officials. The modals of the hadiths, such as knowing the conditions of the addressee, the society and the custom of the prophet, can also affect the correct understanding of the hadith and the way of resolving the differences among the hadiths.
