اثر‌پذیری کلینی از پیشینیان در تدوین و تبویب اصول الکافی (مورد پژوهی؛ کتاب «عقل و جهل»، «ایمان و کفر» و «حجت»)

در این پژوهش، کوشش شده تا با بررسی ساختار و چارچوب حاکم بر «اصول الکافی»، اثرگذاری پیشینیان بر کلینی در تبویب و تدوین این کتاب، واکاوی شود. با همین هدف و با روش توصیفیتحلیلی، به بررسی ساختار حاکم بر چینش روایات و نظریه «اقتباس» یا «ابتکار» کلینی در تدوین اصول کافی، پرداخته شده است. نگارنده در این پژوهش، تلاش می‌کند تا نشان دهد که روش موضوع‌محور کلینی در چینش احادیث در مقابل کتب حدیثی مُسندی از جنبه ساختاری هرچند در مواردی ابداعی بیشتر تاثیر گرفته از پیشینیان بوده است. در این مسیر، کلینی از «المحاسن» احمدبن‌خالد برقی و «بصائرالدرجات» محمدبن‌حسن صفار، بهره جسته است. همچنین برخلاف نظر برخی از مستشرقان که تدوین اصول الکافی را متاثر از جریان عقل‌گرای حوزه حدیثی بغداد می‌دانند، این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که اصول الکافی، نمودار جریان نص‌گرای حوزه حدیثی قم بوده است.

The Influence of Predecessors on Kulayni in Compilation and Codification of Usul alKafi (Case Study: The Books “Reason and Ignorance”, “Faith and Disbelief”, and “The Contention”)

In the current study it has been tried to, by investigating the dominant structure and framework of “Usul alKafi”, explore the influence of the predecessors on Kulayni in the compilation and codification of this book. With the same goal and the use of the descriptiveanalytical method, the dominant structure of the narrations arrangement and the “adaptation” or “initiative” theory of Kulayni in the compilation of Usul alKafi have been investigated. The author in the current study has tried to indicate that the subjectoriented method of Kulayni in the arrangement of the Hadiths even in innovative cases have been most impressed by its predecessors. In this regard, Kulayni has utilized the books “AlMahasin” by Ahmad Ibn Khalid Baraghi, and “Basaaer AlDarajaat” by Muhammad Ibn Hassan Saffar. Also, the investigation of ideas of some orientalists who consider the compilation of Ususl AlKafi to be influenced by the rationalist approach of the Baghdad hadith school shows that this book has been a manifestation of the textual approach of the Qom hadith school.
