تحلیل فقه‌الحدیثی روایات رجم در منابع اهل سنت و نقش «ابن شهاب زهری» در تثبیت آن

کاربست روش فقه‌الحدیثی و رجال‌پژوهی در تحلیل گزاره‌های روایی و تاریخی مربوط به حکم رجم، حکایت از نقش پررنگ ابن شهاب زهری در شهرت، توسعه و تثبیت این حکم دارد. از آن‌جا که ثبت نظام‌مند حدیث و وقایع سده نخست هجری هم‌زمان با فرمان عمربن‌عبدالعزیز صورت گرفت و نام زهری در میان اولین مدوّنان رسمی حدیث به چشم می‌خورد، وی نخستین کسی است که می‌توانسته با گزینش اخبار و انتقال مفاهیم کلیدی به نسل بعد از خود نقش بی‌بدیلی در شکل‌دهی فرهنگی جامعه اسلامی ایفا کند. این پژوهش بر پایه تحلیل فقه‌الحدیثی و به کارگیری روش تحلیل اسنادمتن که در مطالعات حدیث‌پژوهی معاصر توفیقات خوبی به دست آورده، به تحلیل دستاورد حدیثی ابن‌شهاب زهری با تعیین حلقه مشترک پرداخته و به این نتیجه رسیده است که وی، از یک سو زمینه اشتهار روایتی موسوم به «آیه رجم» را فراهم نمود و از دیگر سو با نقل گسترده گزارشاتی از انجام رجم در سیره نبوی، کمک شایانی به تثبیت مجازات رجم در سنّت اسلامی کرد.

Analysis of the Jurisprudential Hadith Narrations of Stoning (Rajm) in Sunni Narration Sources and the Role of Ibn Shihab alZuhri in Establishing it

The pragmatics of the method of hadith jurisprudence and biographical evaluation (Ilm alRijāl) in the analysis of narrative and historical propositions related to the verdict of stoning indicates the prominent role of Ibn Shihab Zuhri in the reputation, development and consolidation of this verdict. Because the systematic recording of hadith and events of the first century AH took place simultaneously with the order of Umar ibn Abd alAziz. Zuhri is one of the first official codifiers of hadith, and he was the first person who could play an irreplaceable role in the cultural formation of Islamic society by selecting news and transmitting key concepts to the next generation. The present research is based on the analysis of hadith jurisprudence and the use of the method of documenttext analysis, which has achieved good results in contemporary hadith studies and has analyzed the achievement of Ibn Shihab alZuhri’s hadith by determining a common circle. The present study has concluded that on the one hand, he provided the basis for the popularity of a narrative called the verse of stoning and on the other hand, by widely quoting reports of stoning in the Prophetic tradition, he helped to establish the punishment of stoning in the Islamic tradition.
