مبانی ‌‌فقه ‌الحدیثی فی ظلال ‌‌الصحیفه السجادیه در سنجه الگوی هرمنوتیک عینی‌گرای بتی و هرش

هرمنوتیک به عنوان جولانگاهی برای فهم و شرح متون‌‌، هستی ‌‌و معرفت دارای دو گرایش نسبی‌‌گرا و عینی‌‌گرا است‌‌. هرمنوتیک‌دانان عینی‌گرا، برخلاف نسبی‌گرایان، به امکان ارائه تفسیر عینی و دسترسی به مراد پدیدآورنده‌ی اثر معتقدند، گرچه تفسیر ارائه شده با اراده صاحب اثر زاویه‌دار باشد. آنان اصول‌‌، روش‌ها و ضوابطی را برای تفسیر متون وضع کرده‌اند تا بتوانند میزان درستی و انحراف تفاسیر و شروح متون را در بوته‌ی سنجش قرار دهند. «فی ‌ظلال ‌الصحیفه ‌السجادیه» از آثار نویسنده معاصر، ‌‌محمدجواد مغنیه‌‌، در شرح ‌‌صحیفه ‌سجادیه‌‌ ‌است که با رویکردهای خاص مولف به نگارش درآمده ‌است‌‌. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی – تحلیلی و با ‌استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای تلاش کرده ‌است تا روش و اصول فقه‌الحدیثی مغنیه در این کتاب را با اصول و ضوابط ارائه شده از سوی بتی و هرش، دو صاحب‌نظر در حوزه هرمنوتیک عینی‌گرا واکاوی نماید‌‌. یافته‌های این مقاله نشان‌گر آن هست که مغنیه در شرح مزجی و گزینشی خود با رویکردی لغوی‌‌، فلسفی و اجتماعی اطلاعات درخوری در زمینه روشن‌سازی رابطه قرآن و ادعیه صحیفه و رابطه ادعیه صحیفه با مشکلات کنونی جوامع بشری ارائه نموده و در جهت تقریب مذاهب کوشیده ‌است‌‌. او اصول سازگاری معنا‌‌، فعلیت فهم و هماهنگ‌سازی بتی را به خوبی اجرا کرده‌ ‌است اما در رعایت اصل‌ ‌استقلال، کاستی‌هایی دیده می‌شود‌‌. همچنین شرح او در سنجش با ضوابط مشروعیت‌‌، مطابقت‌‌، تناسب از جهت جنس و سازگاری هرش به موفقیت درخوری دست یافته‌ ‌است‌‌.

Fiqh alHadith Fi Zlah al Sahifeh al Sajjadieh in Comparison with the Objective Hermeneutic Model

Hermeneutics as a hub for understanding texts, existence, knowledge, etc. has two tendencies, relativist and objectivist. Objectivists, unlike relativists, believe in the possibility of presenting an objective interpretation and the intent of the creator of the work, although this presentation in the real world is angled with the mindset of the author and therefore have tried to establish principles, methods and rules for hermeneutics so that texts can be measured. “Fi Zlah al Sahifeh alSajjadieh” is one of the works of Mughniyeh, a contemporary writer in the description of Sahifeh al Sajjadieh, which has been written with the author’s special approaches. This study using descriptiveanalytical method and library resources has tried to analyze the method and principles of Mughniyeh hadith jurisprudence in Fi Zlah alSahifeh al Sajjadieh with some of the principles and criteria presented by Betty and Harsh, two objective hermeneuticists. The findings of this article indicate that Mughniyeh in his combinatorial and selective Interpretation of Sahifeh Sajjadieh with a lexical, philosophical and social approach in the field of clarifying the relationship between the Qur’an and other narrations with Sahifeh prayer, proximity of religions, explaining the relationship of Sahifeh prayer with current problems of societies Human has provided. Although there are some shortcomings in this, but he has implemented the principles of consistency of meaning, Actuality of understanding and coordination of Betty well, but there are shortcomings in observing the principle of Autonomy. His description has also been successful in measuring the criteria of legitimacy, Correspondence, Generic appropriateness and Coherence.
