روندپژوهی پیشرفت‌های علوم شناختی در جهان و مقایسه‌ی وضعیت کشورهای اسلامی منتخب غرب آسیا

علوم‌شناختی به‌عنوان یکی از چهار رکن اصلی علوم همگرا به‌طور شتابناکی در حال رشد و گسترش است و سیاست‌گذاری و هدایت راهبردی این رشته نیازمند یک دید و اشراف کل‌نگر و کلان نسبت به وضعیت ایران در این حوزه‌ی علمی است.بر این اساس مطالعه‌ی روند پیشرفت‌ کشورهای اسلامی منتخب غرب آسیا و آمریکا می‌تواند دید و اشراف کل‌نگرانه‌ای نسبت به وضعیت موجود و پیشِ‌روی کشورهای اسلامی و به‌خصوص ایران در اختیار قراردهد. برای این منظور روند تولیدات علوم‌شناختی در چهار کشور اسلامی منتخب، آمریکا و رژیم صهیونیستی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.این پژوهش از حیث روش‌شناسی یک پژوهش آمیخته­ی درهم­تنیده­ی تک فازی است که از داده‌ها و روش‌های کیفی و کمّی به‌صورت همزمان و موازی استفاده می‌کند. در این پژوهش از روش‌ها و فنون روند‌پژوهی مشتمل بر فنون وب‌کاوی، علم‌سنجی و گوگل‌ترندز استفاده شد. داده‌های وب‌کاوی از شبکه‌ی متخصصین حرفه‌ای لینکداین استخراج شد و داده‌های علم‌سنجی از 1000 مقاله‌ی علوم‌شناختی منتشر شده در پایگاه ساینس‌دایرکت به‌دست آمد.نتایج پژوهش به‌صورت تفسیری، توصیفی و همچنین کمّی ارائه شده‌است که حاکی از شکاف علمی زیاد بین کشورهای اسلامی و کشورهای پیشرو در زمینه‌ی علوم‌شناختی است. همچنین مقایسه‌ی نتایج حاصل از وب‌کاوی و نتایج حاصل از گوگل‌ترندز حاکی از تمرکز کشور‌های اسلامی بر حوزه‌ی روانشناسی‌ شناختی و علوم رفتاری است و بالعکس تولیدات پژوهشی علوم شناختی در هوش مصنوعی و روباتیک در کشورهای اسلامی در سطح پایینی قرار دارد که نیازمند سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی در این ابعاد است.

trend research of advances of cognitive sciences in the world and a comparison between selected islamic countries of west asia

cognitive science as one of the four main pillars of converging sciences is growing and rapidly expanding, and policymaking for and strategic directing of this field require a holistic view of the situation.accordingly, the study of the progress of the selected countries in west asia and the united states can provide a holistic view and insight of the current situation and the progress of islamic countries, especially iran. for this purpose, the process of scientific production in four selected islamic countries and the united states is explored.methodology of the research is mixed method that uses both qualitative and quantitative data and methods in parallel to confirm the results. in this study, research methods and techniques including web mining, scientometrics and google trends were used. the geographical scope of this study includes four influential islamic countries in west asia and the united states. web mining data was extracted from linkedin, and scientometrics data were obtained from 1,000 articles published on the sciencedirect database.the results of the research are interpretive, descriptive and also quantitative, which indicates a large scientific gap between islamic countries and leading countries in the field of cognitive science. also, the comparison of the results of web analysis and google trends shows the focus of islamic countries on the field of cognitive psychology and behavioral sciences. conversely, cognitive science research products in artificial intelligence and robotics in islamic countries are at a low level that need serious policies and strategies
