بررسی روندهای آینده شبکه‌های اجتماعی و تاثیرات آن بر امنیت ملی

فضای مجازی با گسترش روزافزون خود بر حوزه‌های بسیاری اثرگذاشته و تاثیرات عمیقی بر حوزه‌های مختلف از جمله امنیت ملی گذاشته است. نظر به گستردگی ابعاد فضای مجازی، در این پژوهش در تلاش برای شناسایی روندهای آینده شبکه‌های اجتماعی تاثیر آن بر امنیت ملی هستیم. این پژوهش کیفی با استفاده از روش‌های اصلی آینده‌پژوهی نظیر تحلیل اثرات متقابل و سناریوپردازی برای جامعه آماری شهر تهران و مبتنی بر نظر خبرگان تدوین شده است.  بدین منظور احتمال وقوع رویدادها با نیروهای پیشران بررسی شده و همچنین تاثیر متقابل رویدادها بررسی شده‌اند. پیشران‎های اصلی شامل «عوامل زیرساختی» و «مدیریت فنی» و «مدیریت بخشی خصوصی» هستند که عدم‌قطعیت‌های آینده را نیز تبیین می‌کنند. باتوجه به‌‌یافته‌های پژوهش که برآیند سه عدم‌قطعیت مزبور و هشت سناریوی ممکن بوده است، شبکه‌های ارتباطی جدید معادلات روابط اجتماعی و همه عرصه‌های زندگی و کار را دگرگون ساخته و به‌دنبال خود حوزه‌های مختلف فرهنگی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و ‌مهم‌تر از همه امنیتی را به‌شدت تحت‌الشعاع قرار داده است. دست اندرکاران فرهنگی اجتماعی، ناگزیر به خلق فضای جدید تعاملی با هنجارها و قواعد درون‌زا و مقابله‌ای در برابر شکل‌گیری هویت اجتماعی جدید و در تضاد با ساختارها، هنجارها و ‌ارزش‌های اجتماعی پذیرفته شده، خواهند بود. در میان این سناریوها، «مطلوب‌ترین آینده محتمل» مربوط به فضایی بوده که زیرساخت توسعه‌‌یافته، مدیریت بخش خصوصی تقریباً ‌فعال و باانگیزه بوده و نهایتاً مدیریت فنی به‌صورت هوشمند و قوی در حال اجرای وظایف محوله ‌باشند.

Investigating the Future Trends of Social Networks and its Effects on National Security

Cyberspace, with its increasing expansion, has affected many areas and has left (profound) changes in various areas, including national security. Given the wide dimensions of cyberspace in this study, we are trying to identify future trends in social networks and scenarios of its impact on national security. This qualitative research has been compiled using the main methods of futures research such as interaction analysis and scenario planning for the statistical population of Tehran based on the opinion of experts. For this purpose, the probability of events occurring with the propulsion forces as well as the interaction of events have been investigated. The main drivers include infrastructure factors, technical management and private sector management, which also explain future uncertainties. According to the research findings, which were the result of these three uncertainties and eight possible scenarios, the new communication networks have transformed the equations of social relations and all areas of life and work, and consequently severely overshadow various cultural, economic, social and most importantly security areas. have given. Sociocultural actors will have to create a new space of interaction with endogenous norms and rules and confront the formation of a new social identity in opposition to accepted social structures, norms and values. Among these scenarios, the most likely future is for an environment in which the infrastructure is developed, the private sector management is almost active and motivated, and finally the technical management is intelligently and robustly performing its tasks.
