وضعیت اقتصاد ایران بر اساس اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان-اقتصاد مقاومتی

اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان از جمله مفاهیم مهم و اساسی تلقی می‌شود که در اسناد فرادست قانونی جمهوری اسلامی‌ایران، از جمله سیاست‌های کلی اقتصاد مقاومتی، مورد توجه خاص واقع شده است. اقتصاد ‌دانش‌بنیان‎ نه تنها به‌عنوان یک نیاز اساسی برای کشورهای در حال توسعه نظیر ایران به‎شمار می‌آید، بلکه اجتناب از حرکت به‎سمت چنین اقتصادی، توان رقابتی را به‌شدت کاهش می‌دهد. نظر به اهمیت اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان در توسعه کشور، هدف از نگارش این تحقیق «بررسی وضعیت موجود و مطلوب اقتصاد ایران بر اساس اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان - اقتصاد مقاومتی» است. تحقیق حاضر  از نظر هدف  کاربردی توسعه‌ای است. جهت بررسی شکاف بین وضعیت موجود و مطلوب اقتصاد ایران بر اساس اقتصاد دانش‌بنیاناقتصاد مقاومتی، با کمک گرفتن از ابزار پرسشنامه و نیز با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار spss و فنون آمار استنباطی داده‌های حاصل تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که وضعیت متغیرهای «مشوق‌های اقتصادی و رژیم نهادی»، «زیرساخت اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی» و «اقتصاد مقاومتی» در ایران در مجموع از متوسط مطلوب برخوردار نیست. اما نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که متغیرهای «آموزش و منابع انسانی» و «نظام کارای نوآوری و ابداعات» در ایران از متوسط مطلوب برخوردار است. همچنین جهت بررسی میزان  شکاف بین وضعیت موجود و مطلوب متغیرهای اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان-اقتصاد مقاومتی در ایران از آزمون t دو نمونه‌ای استفاده شد که نتایج نشان داد، بین وضعیت موجود و مطلوب همه متغیرها، تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد.

The state of Iran’s economy based on Knowledgebased economy Resistive economy

The knowledgebased economy is considered as one of the important concepts that has been given special attention in the abovementioned legal documents of the I.R.Iran, including the general policies of the Resistive economy. Knowledgebased economy is a basic need for developing countries such as Iran. Avoiding a knowledgebased economy greatly reduces competitiveness. Economics based on science and knowledge leads to the sustainable growth and development of society and ultimately the realization of a Resistive economy. Due to the importance of knowledgebased economy in the development of the country, the purpose of this study is to study the current and favorable situation of Iran’s economy based on knowledgebased economy Resistive economy. The type of research is applieddevelopmental in terms of purpose. Also, in order to determine the current and favorable situation of Iran’s economy based on knowledgebased economy Resistive economy, a questionnaire was developed and analyzed using SPSS software and inferential statistics. The results showed that the situation of the variables economic and institutional regime, Information and communication technology and Resistive economy in Iran in general does not have the desired average. However, the results show that the variables educated and skilled population and innovation system in Iran have a favorable average. To show the gap between the current and favorable situation of knowledgebased economy Resistive economy variables in Iran, twosample ttest was used, which according to the results, there is a significant difference between the current and favorable situation of all variables.
