تحلیل بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی در بخش صنعت با رویکرد اقتصاد مقاومتی (مورد مطالعه: شهرک صنعتی سمنان)

پیچیدگی شرایط حاکم بر اقتصاد کشور و فشارهای روزافزون خارجی، تغییراتی را در سیاست‌های اقتصادی کشور طلب می‌کند تا بتوان علاوه بر فائق آمدن بر فشارهای خارجی، موجبات رشد و نمو و توسعه کشور را نیز فراهم آورد. بنابراین، مقام معظم رهبری موضوع اقتصاد مقاومتی را مطرح و سیاست های کلی آن را ابلاغ فرمودند که در بندهای آن به موضوع بهره‌وری نیز اشاره شده است. با توجه به اهمیت ویژه نیروی انسانی در سازمان‌ها و اقتصاد کشور، پژوهش حاضر بر آن است تا به تحلیل بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی در بخش صنعت با رویکرد اقتصاد مقاومتی بپردازد. شهرک صنعتی سمنان به عنوان‌‌ جامعه آماری پژوهش انتخاب و پرسشنامه در بین نمونه آماری که بر طبق فرمول کوکران و به روش طبقه بندی غیرنسبی انتخاب شده اند، توزیع شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها حاکی از آن است که از نظر جامعه مورد بررسی، شهرک صنعتی سمنان از وضعیت مناسبی در هر یک از شاخص‌های بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی، یعنی «عوامل فردی»، «عوامل فنی»، «عوامل مدیریتی» و «عوامل ساختاری» برخوردار است و وضعیت کلی بهره وری منابع انسانی در اقتصاد مقاومتی نیز مناسب برآورد می‌شود. با این وجود، نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که از نظر نمونه آماری، شاخص های «عوامل مدیریتی» و «عوامل ساختاری» همچنان با وضعیت آرمانی فاصله دارند و توجه ویژه مدیران سازمان‌ها را می‌طلبد. علاوه بر این، از نظر نمونه آماری، عوامل مدیریتی و عوامل فردی به ترتیب بیشترین ارتباط را با بهره‌وری منابع انسانی در اقتصاد مقاومتی مبتنی بر بیانیه‌های راهبردی مقام معظم رهبری دارند.

Analysis of Human Resource Productivity in the Industrial Sector with the Approach of Resistance Economy (A Case of Semnan Industrial Town

The complexity of the conditions prevailing in the country’s economy and increasing external pressures, requires changes in the country’s economic policies in order to be able to overcome the external pressures, as well as the growth and development of the country. Therefore, the Supreme Leader raised the issue of resistance economics and announced its general policies, which in its paragraphs also mention the issue of productivity. Given the special importance of human resources in organizations and the economy, the present study aims to analyze the productivity of human resources in the industrial sector with a resilient economy approach. For this purpose, Semnan industrial town was selected as the statistical population of the study and the researchermade research questionnaire, after reviewing the validity and reliability, among the statistical sample who were selected according to Cochran’s formula and selected by nonrelative classification method. Data analysis indicates that from the point of view of the Statistical population, Semnan industrial town is in a well position in each of the indicators of human resources productivity, i.e. individual factors, technical factors, managerial factors, and structural factors; And the overall state of human resource productivity in a resilient economy is also considered appropriate. However, the results indicate that, the indicators of managerial factors and structural factors are still far from the ideal situation and require special attention of managers of organizations. Further, according to statistical analysis, managerial and individual factors are most closely related to human resource productivity in a resilient economy based on the Supreme Leader’s strategic statements, respectively.
