واکاوی نقش حوزه دفاعی در رشد و توسعه اقتصادی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

موضوع «رشد و توسعه اقتصادی» و به‌ تعبیر دقیق مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی) «پیشرفت اقتصادی»، از مسائل اساسی و از چالش های مطرح به‌ویژه در دهه ی پنجم از عمر با برکت نظام مقدس ج.ا.ا. است. دراین‌رهگذر، حوزه دفاعی در جوامع مختلف یکی از مهم‌ترین نهادهایی است که به طورمستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر فعالیت های اقتصادی تاثیرگذار بوده و در رشد و توسعه و نیز شکوفایی اقتصادی جوامع نقش به‌سزایی را ایفا می کند؛ به طوری که این نقش آفرینی در زمان صلح برجسته‌تر نیز می‌شود؛ تاجایی که با رویکردهای متفاوت دولت ها، این نسبت به میزان و نحوه ی به‌کارگیری از حوزه دفاعی در فعالیت های متنوع اقتصادی ملی و بین المللی، متفاوت است. این پژوهش به لحاظ ماهیت، توصیفی– پیمایشی است و از لحاظ طرح تحقیق حال نگر و آینده نگر بوده و در زمره‌ی تحقیقات نتیجه گرا و کاربردی دسته بندی می شود؛ به‌طوری‌که با توجه به ابعاد مختلف نقش حوزه دفاعی در رشد و توسعه اقتصادی ج.ا.ا. پژوهشگر نسبت به شناسایی جامعه نمونه براساس روش تحقیق پرداخت و پرسشنامه تحقیق را در اختیار نخبگان آشنا به مباحث رشد اقتصادی و مقوله توسعه اقتصادی قرار داد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 350 نفر می باشد که به‌روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی با استفاده از ابزارهای پرسش‌نامه و مصاحبه داده های لازم جمع آوری شدند. داده های تحقیق با بهره مندی از آمارهای توصیفی و استنباطی تدوین شده است. در این پژوهش براساس تجمیع نظرات کارشناسان و صاحب‌نظران اقتصادی، نقش حوزه دفاعی در فعالیت‌های اقتصادی کشور در دو بخش رویکردها و تاثیرات، موردسنجش و واکاوی قرار گرفت؛ به طوری که پنج رویکرد و پنج تاثیر اصلی در این رابطه، احصا و ارائه شد.

An analysis the Role of the Defense Field in the Economic Growth and Development of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The subject of economic growth and development and, in the words of the Supreme Leader Khamenei, economic progress addressed the fundamental issues and challenges of the fifth decade of life, blessed with the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this regard, the defense field in various societies is one of the most important institutions that sometimes directly and indirectly affect economic activities and play a significant role in the growth and development of the economic flourishing of societies. As this role plays a significant role in peace, as far as the different approaches of governments are concerned with the extent and manner of using the defense field in various domestic and international economic activities. The researcher identifies and examines different dimensions of the role of the defense field in economic growth and development c. AA. He addressed the sample community based on the research method and provided it to the elites familiar with the topics of economic growth and economic development. The statistical population of this study is 350 people who were collected by library and field methods using questionnaire and interview tools. Research data have been compiled using descriptive and inferential statistics. In this study, based on the aggregation of opinions of economic experts and experts, the role of defense in the country’s economic activities in two parts of approaches and effects were assessed and analyzed so that five approaches and five main effects in this regard were counted and presented.
