مدل‌سازی عوامل موثر بر اقتصاد تعاونی‌ها با رویکرد ترکیبی

دستیابی به یک مدل مطلوب نظام اقتصادی، همواره یکی از آرمان‏های بشر بوده است. تجربیات دو سده گذشته نشان می‌دهد که نه کاپیتالیست به‌عنوان نماد سرمایه‌داری و مالکیت خصوصی و نه سوسیالیسم که ریشه نابسامانی‏های اجتماعی را مالکیت خصوصی می‏داند، هیچ‌کدام در عرصه عدالت اجتماعی و اقتصادی ره به جایی نبرده‌اند. از این رو، زمینه شکل‌گیری و طرح اندیشه‌های اولیه تعاون به‌عنوان راهی جهت برون‏رفت از نظام غیرعادلانه سرمایه‏داری فراهم شد. از آن‌جایی‌که مفهوم نظام اقتصادی تعاونی دلالت بر کار اقتصادی گروهی و مشارکت جمعی دارد، بررسی عوامل دخیل در اقتصاد تعاونی‌ها یک ضرورت است. هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی عوامل موثر بر اقتصاد تعاونی‌ها با دید کل‌نگر و طراحی مدل در خصوص روابط میان آنهاست. برای نیل به این مهم، پژوهش حاضر با تاکتیک آمیخته اکتشافی انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی، با روش مطالعه نظام‌مند فراترکیب، 37 کد اولیه شناسایی شد. در مرحله کمّی، با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی فازی  و تحلیلی مدل‌سازی ساختاری-تفسیری، شاخص‌های شناسایی شده، فازی‌سازی شد و پس از تعیین روابط بین آن‌ها به‌صورت یکپارچه تحلیل شد. برای مدل‌سازی، از پرسشنامه‌ای به‌منظور استفاده از دیدگاه 15 تن از خبرگان حوزه اقتصاد تعاونی‌ها با روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند گلوله برفی، بهره بردیم. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش، منجر به دسته‌بندی عوامل موثر بر اقتصاد تعاونی‌ها و طراحی مدل بر این اساس در شش سطح شد. در نهایت، به تفسیر مدل و تجزیه و تحلیل سطوح مدل و ارتباطات میان ابعاد آن پرداخته شد و راهکارهایی جهت پایداری عوامل اثرگذار بر اقتصاد تعاونی‌ها ارائه شد.

Modeling the factors affecting the economics of cooperatives with a combined approach

Human has always been looking for an ideal economic system. The experiences of the  two past centuries well reveal that neither capitalism as the symbol of private capital and ownership nor socialism that considers private ownership as the root cause of social disorders, have proved success in social and economic justice or equality. As a result, the initial ideas for formation of cooperative was promoted to get rid of the existing unjust capital system. Since cooperative economic system bears by itself the notion of collective participation and group economic activity, it is imperative to analyze the factors involved in the cooperative economy. Accordingly, the aim of the present research is to determine the factors that affect cooperative economy and thus provide a model to show how these factors interrelate. To do this, an exploratory mixed research design was employed. In qualitative part, using metasynthesis purposive method, 37 initial codes were identified. In quantitative part, the identified indices were fuzzified. Using fuzzy Delphi technique and structural interpretive modeling analysis, the identified interrelationships were then analyzed on an integrated basis. For modeling, a researchermade questionnaire was administered to extract the ideas of the concerned experts through purposive snowball sampling until the theoretical saturation point. The research findings resulted in a sixlevel grouping of the factors that affect cooperatives economy. The model was interpreted and analyzed to deal with the identified levels and their interrelationships. Finally, some solutions were provided for sustainability of the factors that affect cooperatives economy.
