ویژگی‌های دفاع دانش‌بنیان از منظر مقام‎معظم‌رهبری(مدظله‌العالی)

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی آراء و اندیشه‌های مقام‎ معظم‌ رهبری در خصوص مدیریت دانش و ارائه ویژگی‌های  دفاع دانش ‎بنیان از منظر معظم‌له است. در این پژوهش برای پاسخ به سوال «ویژگی‌های دفاع دانش‌بنیان از دیدگاه حضرت مقام‎ معظم‌ رهبری (مدظله‌العالی) کدام است؟» از تحلیل محتوای (کمی‌و کیفی) و روش داده‌ بنیاد بهره گرفته شده است. برای دستیابی به ‌اندیشه‌های مقام‎معظم‌رهبری در این خصوص، ابتدا به مجموعه بیانات و مکتوبات مقام‎معظم‌رهبری‌ (مدظله‌العالی) مراجعه و در مرحله بعد با به‌کارگیری رویکرد نظریه‌پردازی داده‌بنیاد، تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها انجام شد. تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ها در رویکرد نظریه داده‌بنیاد، سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی را شامل می‌شود. یافته‌های این تحقیق حاکی‌از‌آن‌است‌که از منظر مقام‎معظم‌رهبری (مدظله‌العالی)، برای مدیریت دانش و دانش‌بنیان کردن نظام دفاعی لازم است فعالیت‌هایی از جمله راه‌اندازی چرخه علم، راه‌اندازی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان و به‌کارگیری اصول مدیریت‏ دانش یعنی کسب دانش و فناوری دفاعی، خلق و جوشش دانش، تبدیل فناوری به تولید انبوه، تبدیل علم به محصول، تشکیل بانک اطلاعاتی در وزارت دفاع، یکپارچه‌سازی اطلاعات، مقابله با تحریم‌ها با پیشرفت علم، دانش‌بنیان کردن نظام اداری و توجه به دانش و شایستگی در نصب مدیران مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

Characteristics of the Knowledge base defense from the Perspective of the Supreme Leader

The purpose of this study is to examine the views and ideas of the Supreme Leader Regarding knowledge management and presentation of Characteristics of the Knowledge base defense. In this research to answer the question of” Which is  Characteristics of the Knowledge base defense from the perspective of the Supreme Leader”? Content analysis (quantitative and qualitative) and foundation data method have been used. To achieve the ideas of the Supreme Leader, First of all, we refer to the collection of statements and writings of the Supreme Leader. In the next step, using the Graded Theory, data analysis was performed. Data analysis in this method consists of three steps (open coding, central coding and selective coding). The findings of this study indicate that from the perspective of the Supreme Leader, To manage knowledge and build a defense system Knowledge base, Activities such as setting up a science cycle and setting up knowledgebased companies are essential And applying the principles of knowledge management, such as: Acquiring knowledge and defense technology, creating knowledge and boiling knowledge, turning technology into mass production, turning science into a product and also Establishment of a database in the Ministry of Defense, Data Integration, Dealing with sanctions, Building an administrative system as Knowledge base and Pay attention to knowledge and competence in Appointment of managers.
