ارائه الگوی مدیریت دانش‌سازمان بیمه سلامت با تاکید برنظام جامع مدیریت اطلاعات

مدیریت اطلاعات، دانش و نوآوری موتور محرکه توسعه اقتصادی کشورها و‌سازمان‌هاست، در کشورهای در حال توسعه رویکرد راهبردی جهت مدیریت اطلاعات و دانش درحوزه های مختلف از جمله حوزه خدمات یا وجود ندارد یا ضعیف می‌باشد، ‌پس در این مطالعه تلاش خواهد شد با مطالعه و  بررسی مدل‌های مدیریت دانش‌سازمانی با تاکید بر مدیریت اطلاعات در حوزه‌ سازمان‌های سلامت مدل یکپارچه ای در این حوزه، برای‌سازمان‌های بیمه سلامت در جمهوری‌اسلامی‌ایران پیشنهاد شود. تحقیق حاضربه لحاظ هدفی که دنبال می‌کند از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و زمینه‌ای است و چون الگو ارایه می‌دهد توسعه‌ای است. از طرفی دراین پژوهش ازروش ترکیبی(کمّی وکیفی) باهدف دستیابی به ابعاد، مولفه‌ها وشاخص‌های الگوی نظام جامع مدیریت دانش‌سازمان بیمه سلامت با تاکید برنظام جامع  مدیریت اطلاعات استفاده شد و اطلاعات و داده‌های موردنیاز نیز از اسناد و مدارک علمی، اسناد بالادستی و پرسشنامه گردآوری گردید. حجم جامعه شامل: مدیران، کارشناسان‌سازمان‌های بیمه‌ای در مرحله پرسشنامه 270نفر بود که با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 159 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. داده‌های به دست آمده به کمک فنون آمار توصیفی و استنباطی  مانند آزمون کولموگروف اسمرینوف‌، تحلیل عاملی، آزمون t تک‌ نمونه‌ای، آزمون توزیع دوجمله‌ای مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت؛ همچنین از نرم‌افزار لیزرل برای برازش مدل تحقیق استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که الگوی نظام جامع مدیریت دانش‌سازمان بیمه سلامت با تاکید برنظام جامع مدیریت اطلاعات شامل ابعاد مدیریت دانش، داده‌ها و نظام جامع مدیریت اطلاعات می‌باشد. براساس نتایج آزمون رتبه بندی مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های مدیریت دانش به ترتیب (ساختار، فرایند و محتوای مدیریت دانش)، بعد مدیریت اطلاعات (زیرساخت، کارکرد، سیتم‌، عوامل، کیفیت) می‌باشد‌، همچنین در مورد بعد داده‌ها (تبادل، محیط و سطوح داده) مهم‌ترین مولفه‌ها می‌باشند. اولویت تمام شاخص‌های هر مولفه نیز جهت استقرار الگو در‌سازمان تعیین شد.

Providing a Comprehensive Health Information Management System Model with an Emphasis on a Comprehensive Information Management System

Information, knowledge and innovation management is the engine of economic development of countries and organizations. In developing countries, a strategic approach to information and knowledge management in different areas, including the services, either does not exist or is weak.Therefore, in this study we aim to recommend health insurance organizations in the Islamic Republic of Iran models with emphasis on information management in the field of health organizations by studying and evaluating organizational knowledge management.This paper is a type of applied and developmental research in terms of the purpose, and the research method used is a descriptivesurvey method which is one of the methods of descriptive research.On the other hand, the combined method (quantitative andqualitative) with the aim of achieving dimensions, components and indicators of the model of comprehensive knowledge management system of health insurance organization with emphasis on the comprehensive information management system was used and the required information and data were collected from Scientific documents, upstream scriptsand questionnaire.The size of the society, including managers, experts of insurance organizations at the stage of the questionnaire, counted 270 people. Using Morgan table, 159 people were selected as sample. The data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques such as KolmogorovSmirnov test, factor analysis, onesample ttest, binomial distribution test, and Liserel software was used for fitting the research model. Results show that the model of comprehensive knowledge management system of a health insurance organization emphasizes comprehensive information management system, including dimensions of knowledge management, data and comprehensive information management system.Based on the results of the ranking test, the most important components of knowledge management (structure, process and content management knowledge),  information management aspect (infrastructure, function, system, quality factors). About data aspect, exchange, environment and data levels are also the most important components. Priority to all indicators of each component was also determined to establish a model in the organization
