طراحی الگوی راهبردی نقش‌آفرینی نخبگان و استعدادها در تحقّق اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان با رویکرد اقتصاد‌مقاومتی

این تحقیق با اهداف شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه های اصلی و عمده نقش‌آفرینی نخبگان در تحقق اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان ج.ا.ایران با رویکرد اقتصاد‌مقاومتی و کشف روابط بین آنها و احصاء توانمندسازها، تعریف شد. تحقیق از نوع کاربردی – توسعه ای؛ از نظر روش توصیفی در فضای کیفی-کمی‌است که به شیوه کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی و مصاحبه جامع و عمیق به جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرداخته است. براساس مطالعات اکتشافی عمیق از طریق مراجعه به بانک‌های اطّلاعاتی و دستیابی به پیشینه‌های تحقیق، منویات و رهنمودهای حضرت امام(ره) و مقام‎معظم‌رهبری(مدظله‌العالی)، واکاوی تجربیات ملّی و جهانی، طی یک فرایند منظم، با استفاده از نظریه استقرایی و روش نظریه زمینه ای، ابتدا با کدگذاری باز متون مورد نظر و سپس با کدگذاری محوری و انتخابی، ‌سازه‌های تحقیق استخراج شد. پس از شناسایی ابعاد و مولّفه‌ها و روابط بین آنها، «الگوی راهبردی نقش‌آفرینی نخبگان و استعدادها در اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان با رویکرد اقتصاد‌مقاومتی» طرّاحی شد. سنجش روایی و پایایی ابزار تحقیق با استفاده از نرم افزارهای smart pls و spss انجام گرفت و در انتها ابعاد الگو مشتمل بر نخبگان و استعدادها، شبکه بنگاه‌ها و کسب‌و‌کارهای فنّاورانه، حاکمیت، زیرساخت‌ها، بازار، منابع مالی و سرمایه و توانمندسازها شناسایی شدند.

Designing Strategic Pattern of Elites & Talents RolePlaying in the KnowledgeBased Economy Realization by Resistive Economy Approach

This study aims to identify the dimensions and components of the elite major roleplaying in the realization of the I.R.IRAN knowledgebased economy with the approach of resistive economy and explore the relationships between them were defined and recognized enablers. Based on indepth exploratory studies through reference to databases and access to research backgrounds including thesis, books, scientific research articles, lectures, scientific and in depth interviews with university experts and professors, elites and talents and current and former country’s chief executives, the instructions and guidance of Imam and the Supreme Leader, analysis of national and global experiences, in a systematic process, using the inductive method and grounded theory by open coding the desired texts and then axial and selective coding, the research structures were extracted and its conceptual model was identified using structuralinterpretive modeling method. After identifying the dimensions and components and their relationships,“strategic Model of elites roleplaying in the knowledgebased economy realization by resistive economy approach” was designed and the elements of this model were put into a systematic perspective. The main dimensions of model consisted of elites and talents, network of tech firms and businesses, sovereignty, infrastructures, market, financial and capital resources and enablers. After identifying the research structures and conceptual model, the relevant questionnaire was developed and distributed among the statistical sample. After data collection, the validity and reliability of the test were analyzed using Smart PLS and SPSS software. This is an applieddevelopmental research in terms of qualitativequantitative descriptive method that has been used to collect data through library and documentary research and indepth interviews.
