کارکردهای بسیج جهان اسلام در تمدن سازی اسلامی

وجود ظرفیت‏های گوناگون در جهان اسلام و لزوم همگرا ساختن آنها در قالب بسیج منابع مادی و معنوی در راستای ارایه یک گفتمان الهی در پاسخ به سیطره تمدنی غرب، از جمله عوامل موثر در نیل به سمت تمدن نوین اسلامی است. جهت رسیدن بدین مهم، تبیین علمی و تحقق عینی کارکردهای رفتاری بسیج جهان اسلام در تمدن سازی اسلامی ضروری بوده که در این تحقیق با رویکرد اکتشافی و روش آمیخته ضمن بررسی ادبیات نظری، در بخش کیفی با روش تحلیل محتوا و انجام مصاحبه با 12 تن از خبرگان، ضمن تعیین ابعاد سه ساحتی تمدن سازی اسلامی بر اساس مدل سه شاخگی در سه سطح؛ زمینه‏ای(محتوایی)، ساختاری و رفتاری، به بررسی کارکردهای بسیج جهان اسلام در بُعد رفتاری تمدن سازی اسلامی، پرداخته شد. چنانچه در کارکردهای رفتاری بسیج جهان اسلام، مجموعه‏ای از شیوه‏ها، رویه‏ها و جهت‏گیری‏های عملی در جهان اسلام برای تحقق اهداف تمدن سازی اسلامی در جامعه مد نظر است، اهم کارکردهای رفتاری بسیج جهان اسلام جهت نیل به سمت تمدن سازی اسلامی، احصاء و به ترتیب اولویت اقدام، از طریق تهیه پرسشنامه و پیمایش خبرگی میان 50 نفر از جامعه آماری(با فرض n=n)، اعتبارسنجی، شده است.

Functions of the Islamic World Mobilization in the Islamic Civilization

The existence of various capacities in the Islamic world and the necessity for converting them into the mobilization of material and spiritual resources which are in line with the presence of  a divine discourse in response to the West civilization’s dominance are one of the effective factors in achieving a modern Islamic Civilization. To achieve the goal, scientific explanation and objective realization of the behavioral requirements of the Islamic world mobilization in Islamic civilization are essential. So in this research the behavioral requirements of the mobilization of the Islamic world in the behavioral dimension of Islamic civilization have been studied through exploratory and mixed approach with reviewing theoretical literature, as well as the qualitative section which in it has been studied content analysis, and interview with 12 experts , and also through specifying dimensions of three dimensional Islamic civilization in three levels: contextual (content based), structural and behavioral which is based on the threebranch model , and as in the behavioral requirements of mobilization of the Islamic world, a collection of techniques, procedures and practical orientations in the Islamic world  are considered in the society to realize the goals of the Islamic civilization. The most important behavioral requirements of the Islamic world mobilization for achieving the Islamic civilization with the prioritized performances have been obtained through the preparation of questionnaires, expertise scrutiny among 50 people from statistical community (assuming that N=n) and validity assessment in the quantitative section.
