ارائه الگوی تدوین تجربه‌های مدیران

مستندسازی از ضرورت‌های غیرقابل‌انکار تدوین تجربه‌های مدیران است، بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه الگوی تدوین تجربه‌های مدیران با تاکید بر روش‌های مستندسازی تجربه‌های ‌می‌باشد. جامعه آماری‌‌‎این پژوهش تعداد 113 نفر از مدیرانی هستند که در سطوح راهبردی و حوزه سیاست‌گذاری حاکمیتی و دستگاه‌های کشوری و لشکری نظام جمهوری اسلامی‌‌‎ایران فعالیت دارند و در‌‌‎این تحقیق در قالب یک نمونه 87 نفری مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. ابزار اصلی ‌‌‎این پژوهش ابتدا مطالعه اسناد و مدارک، سپس مصاحبه آزاد و در نهایت پرسشنامه محقق ساخته‌ای بود که با تایید خبرگان و متخصصین در دسترس، از نظر روایی تایید و سپس توسط محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی آن (با پایایی کل عوامل 0.978)تایید و اجرا شد. نتایج‌‌‎این تحقیق نشان داده است که مستندسازی تجارب در برگیرنده رویکردهای انتخاب خبره، تالار گفتمان، استدلال مورد محور، داستان‌سرایی و نظام پیشنهادات است، که به عنوان پنج روش مطلوب برای مستندسازی تجربه‌های راهبردی مدیران ارائه شده است. در بکارگیری روش‌های فوق می‌بایست سطح بندی مدیران در سطوح کلان و سازمانی، شناخت انواع تجربه‌های با استفاده از ابزارها، لحاظ کردن قوانین و مقررات حاکم و بهره‌گیری از گفتمان ولایت‌فقیه به‌عنوان سیاست‌های کلی نظام اسلامی در بومی کردن روش‌های مستندسازی تجربه‌های مدیران مد نظر باشد.

Providing a model for editing managers’ experiences

The manager experiences documentation is an undeniable necessity, Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present a model for developing managers’ experiences with emphasis on the methods of documenting experiences. The statistical population of this study is 113 managers Which is at the strategic level and in the area of ​​government policy and national and military apparatus that work in the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in this study, a sample of 87 people was tested. The main tool of this study was first study documents, then free interview and finally a researchermade questionnaire that Confirmed by verified experts, and then validated by Cronbach’s alpha, its reliability (with a total reliability of 0.978) was confirmed and implemented. The results of this research have shown that documenting experiences involves expert selection approaches, forum, casebased arguments, storytelling and suggestion systems. Which is presented as five desirable methods for documenting managerial strategic experiences. In applying the above methods, the level of managers at the macro and organizational levels, identification of types of experiences, incorporating the rules and regulations governing the use of the discourse of the velayate fagih as the general policies of the Islamic system should be devoted to the methods of documenting the experiences of managers.
