آینده‌پژوهی مدیریت تهدیدات امنیتی عربستان در منطقه غرب آسیا (کنشگران و عوامل شتاب‌زا)

روابط و رویکردهای متقابل جمهوری اسلامی ایران و عربستان‌سعودی در طول چند دهه گذشته فراز و نشیب‌هایی داشته که به‌رغم محدود همکاری‌ها، همواره با رقابت و تعارض همراه بوده است. بنابراین شناخت کنش‌گران موثر در شکل‌گیری یا کنترل تهدیدات امنیتی و عوامل تسریع‌کننده این روند ضرورت دارد. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی است و از حیث روش‌شناسی توصیفی تحلیلی و از رویکردی آمیخته بهره برده است. ابزارهای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها مصاحبه، گروه کانونی و پرسش‌نامه بوده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مواردی نظیر نفوذ معنوی و منطقه‌ای در جهان اسلام، زنده نگه‌داشتن آرمان فلسطین، همکاری مستشاری در عراق و سوریه، اقتدار و توان دفاعی و موشکی و... نیز تلاش عربستان برای توسعه تفکر وهابی و حمایت از گروه‌های تروریستی و افراطی، داعیه‌داری رهبری جهان اسلام و بازیگر برتر منطقه‌ای به‌عنوان عوامل شکل‌گیری تهدیدات امنیتی در بروز تعارضات فی‌مابین موثر بوده است. همچنین از بین بازیگران منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی آمریکا، رژیم صهیونیستی و گروه‌های تروریستی تکفیری با حداقل قابلیت کنترل؛ اتحادیه اروپا، اتحادیه عرب، شورای همکاری خلیج‌فارس و شورای امنیت سازمان ملل با قابلیت کنترل متوسط و همچنین روسیه، سوریه، حزب‌الله لبنان، انصار الله یمن، حشدالشعبی عراق در هم‌سویی با جمهوری اسلامی ایران واجد کنش‌گری در پیدایش یا کنترل تهدیدات امنیتی عربستان به‌شمار می‌روند.

Future Studies Of Saudi Arabia Security Threat Management In The West Asia Region (Actors & Accelerators Factors)

Relations and  mutual approachess between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Saudi Arabia have had ups and downs over the past few decades which, despite the limited cooperation, has always been accompanied  by rivalry and controversy. In this situation  and in light of Arab hostile actions at the  regional and  international levels, it is essential to recognize the actors  involved in the threats and the accelerating factors in this process. This is an applied research in terms of purpose and descriptiveanalytical methodology and  has benefited from a mixed approach. Data collection tools were interviews, focal group and questionnaire. The results show that such  issues as the spiritual and  regional influence in the Islamic world, the survival of the Palestinian cause, the cooperation of Iraq and Syria, the authority and the Defensive and missile power, and ... Saudi efforts to develop Wahhabi thinking and support for terrorist and extremist groups, the challenge of  leading the Islamic world and regional supremacist actor has been instrumental in the emergence of security threats in the face of conflicts. Also, among the regional and  international actors in the United States, the Zionist regime and the Takfiri terrorist groups with a minimum of control; the European Union, the Arab League, the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council and the UN Security Council with moderate control capabilities, as well as Russia, Syria, Lebanon’s Hezbollah, Ansar Allah Yemen, Hashd alSha’abi, in line with the Islamic Republic of Iran, have been active in the emergence or control of Saudi security threats
