چکیده
|
در عصر جابجایی منابع قدرت، دانش به‌عنوان محور اصلی اقتدار دفاعی مطرح می‌باشد، لذا حرکت به سمت سازمان‌های دانش‌بنیان برای سازمان‌های نظامی و دفاعی ضرورتی است که نیازمند توجّه فرماندهان، مدیران و پژوهشگران حوزه دفاعی نظامی می‌باشد. با عنایت به موارد فوق، پژوهش حاضر به دلیل اهمیت موضوع، به طراحی الگوی دانش‌بنیان سازمان‌های دفاعی نظامی به‌عنوان هدف اصلی پرداخته است است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی توسعه‌ای و روش اجرایی آن آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی و کمی) است و الگوی مفهومی پژوهش بر اساس ویژگی‌های سازمان هدف طراحی و سپس به روش میدانی مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 166 نفر از فرماندهان ارشد، مدیران عالی و خبرگان دانشگاهی یکی از نهادهای عمده دفاعی می‌باشند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار اسمارت.پی.ال.اس، ضمن تائید برازش مناسب مدل تحقیق، عوامل شناسایی‌شده و ارتباط آن‌ها با یکدیگر را مورد تائید قرارداد.

Abstract
|
In the era of the transfer of power resources, knowledge is considered as the main axis of defense authority. Therefore, moving towards knowledge organizations for military and defense organizations is a necessity that requires the attention of commanders, managers and researchers in the field of militarydefense. Therefore, in this research, due to the importance of the subject, designing a model of knowledgebased organizations of militarydefense organizations has been addressed as the main goal of the research. The present research is aimed at the applicationdevelopmental purpose and the method of exploratory research (qualitative and quantitative. The conceptual model of research was designed based on the characteristics of the target organization and then tested by field method. The statistical population of the research includes 166 senior commanders, top managers and academic experts as one of the main defense agencies. Analyzing the data in the StartPlus software, confirming the fitting fit of the research model, identifies the identified factors and their relationship with each other.
