تحلیل نقش گردشگری بر کیفیت زندگی شهروندان با تاکید بر شاخص‌های ذهنی (مطالعۀ موردی: شهر فشم، شهرستان شمیرانات)

توسعۀ گردشگری شهری اثرها و پیامدهای اجتماعی، اقتصادی، کالبدی، و زیست‌محیطی متفاوتی دارد که از جمله می‏توان به نقش این فعالیت بر کیفیت زندگی شهروندان اشاره کرد. کیفیت زندگی، که امروزه از مولفه‌های مهم مورد توجه متخصصان حوزۀ برنامه‏ریزی شهری است، مفهومی چند‌بعدی است و جنبه‌های مختلفی دارد. امروزه، فقط برآورده‌شدن نیازهای جسمانی و برخورداری از امکانات رفاهی زندگی کفایت نمی‏کند و توجه به ابعاد ذهنی کیفیت زندگی شهروندان مورد توجه بیشتری واقع شده است. بر همین اساس، در این پژوهش، به بررسی و تحلیل توسعۀ گردشگری و نقش آن در ابعاد کیفیت زندگی شهروندان شهر فشم با تاکید بر شاخص‌های ذهنی پرداخته شده است. روش‏شناسی این تحقیق توصیفی و تحلیلی و داده‏های مورد نیاز با استفاده از روش اسنادی و میدانی (پرسشنامه) گردآوری شده است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شهروندان محلی شهر مطالعه‌شده است که با استفاده از روش کوکران تعداد 286 سرپرست خانوار به‌عنوان نمونۀ آماری انتخاب شده‏اند. همچنین با بهره‏گیری از آزمون‏های آماری داده‏های جمع‏آوری‌شده تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که توسعۀ گردشگری در شهر فشم توانسته نقش موثری بر بهبود کیفیت شهروندان ایفا کند که این بهبود وضعیت در میان قلمروهای مختلف کیفیت زندگی یکسان نبوده و تفاوت معناداری بین آن‌ها وجود دارد. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که در ارزیابی اهمیت و جایگاه نقش گردشگری در شهر فشم، از میان قلمروهای مطالعه‌شده، تفریح و اوقات فراغت بیشترین تاثیر را بر دیدگاه شهروندان داشته است.

Analyzing the role of tourism in citizens life quality with emphasis on subjective Indicators Case study: Fasham City (Shemiranat County)

Tourism development has various implications on social, economic, physical and environmental conditions including its role on citizens’ life quality. Life quality which is now of the most important components studied by civil planning researchers, is a multidimensional conception and has different aspects. It is not only now necessary to be satisfied everyday needs and welfare conditions, but also subjective aspects of citizens’ life quality has received a much more attention in recent years. So, in this study we address to study and analyze tourism development and its role on quality life of Fasham citizens with emphasis on subjective Indicators. Our methodology is descriptive and analytical and our data has been collected using questionnaires. Our statistical population are local citizens of the city under study and we choose 286 households as our statistical sample using Cochran formula. We also analyze our collected data using statistical tests. Our findings suggest that tourism development in Fasham has played an effective role on citizens’ life quality and this life quality improvement has not been the same between different realms of life quality and there is a significant difference between them. Our results also show that in analyzing the stance and importance of tourism role in Fasham , leisure and recreation among other realms of life quality are the most effective cases have an effect on citizens’ viewpoints
